Hi Andy if you are about.

Why on Earth have i been requested to send in my passport ID, with it held next to my face? Is this some kind of joke request? The chat bloke was an absolute wanker, a patronising dick head that seemingly thought he ruled the world – i have got to say, there is fucking no way that it is a legal requirement to have to send a “Selfie” as he put it.

I have deposited over £1.4 Million pounds at Casumo and have previously sent them my passport……..

Is this how they are stopping me playing… not banning me as such but just making it all about bullshit?

I’d be interested on your thoughts.

Just to add – i went for the no fuss upload of my passport as i thought whatever….. the ID system wouldn’t accept it on either my desk top or my phone….

That’s a bit gay. I’ve heard a few casinos requesting the exact same thing. I do believe it’s not a legal requirement to provide this. There’s countless other checks they can do.

I wasn’t actually doing anything on there at the time mate, just randomly requested it. Yeah ok if i had never sent any ID in before then fine but i have verified absolutely everything about myself to them already. You telling me they don’t know who i am with all the Reel King side of things too? Course they do lol

Utter madness mate. Doesn’t surprise me though, but how have they came to this decision, just randomly picked an account and the selfie adjudicator decided that you needed to send them one in.
