Exciting times! Until Videoslots came along, Grosvenor were always my main casino, for years! I’ve played with them so much I’m actually one of the few black card holders, not even joking ?

In the casino your points can get you food and drink, you can also collect enough to get items from a catalogue i believe and yes, Grosvenor is going to be the new one, i try and stick with the bigger names tbh and unfortunately sometimes that means that people will already have an account, i just don’t trust the smaller, lesser heard of names and wouldn’t really play at them myself so asking everyone else to wouldn’t really be the way forward for me.

In the land-based casinos, you can use the points to exchange for chips to use on the tables, or a voucher for the slots, or you can simply use them for food or drink. Online you can use them as just wager-free cash or buy something from the catalogue. There are other options like gifts, experience days and that but they’ve never worked for me (not sure if they’re just disabled or just a feature they never got around to implementing!).

£1 = 100 points. I think you earn 1 point for every £5 wagered on slots. Other rates apply for other things.

I quite like Grosvenor. Good selection of online games, and they always look after me whilst in their landbased casinos. Once you’ve uploaded the relevant verification documents, you can obviously set your withdrawals to be sent via bank transfer. These are usually in your account within a couple of hours in my experience. Iit may take longer depending on what time you process the request.
