The use of “we” by streamers. Does anyone else find this incredibly irritating and cringeworthy or is it just me?

I know it’s nothing new but recently it’s really pissing me off!

I know that I can, and have, stop watching, but it kind of sneaks up a slaps me in the balls.

“We did it.”

“We’ve been waiting for a hit like this.”

“We’re in profit land.”

“We got the bonus.”

Like i get that you want to be inclusive and make viewers feel a part of the stream, but it’s just so damn cringe!

It cant just be me? Right?!

It doesnt bother me. I only watch rocknrolla and bandit. It feels genuine that they see us part of their team and there is an energy from them.

It would annoy me if it was being done in a fake overacting kind of way.

I do watch stop and step as well but thas more out of habit than anything else. I think he can be quite hard to watch because theres not a lot of emotion there but some of his stuff can be fun to watch.

No matey it’s not just you. I only tend to watch Rolla and Bandit who never use the “we” thing. Labowski is the worst for me and it’s the main reason I stopped watching. I don’t mind the “we’re in” or “we’ve got a bonus” as yes, “we” are all entertained when that happens. But the “we’re printing now” or “we’re rich” gets on my tits big time.

My viewing is exactly the same as yours mate. Religiously bandit, and watch rollas highlights when they pop up. Nick is irritating as fuck. I hate how he gets out of his chair and gets giddy over another minor win. I used to watch stop n step but that fella winds me up. Advertises dodgy casinos and peppers his videos with adverts. The man’s a leech.

I see where your coming from but the streamer is trying to get interaction and taking you along in the journey . Also if you subbed them on twitch then it is a we as they are spending your money lol
