We wouldn’t have seen this whole ‘fraud casino’ thread if you had won more with the money they put back into your balance. You’re just mad that YOU lost that money and are trying to shift blame to the casino
Yes you would, cus they’re refusing to pay out, you fucking retard. Seriously, this community is going to fucking shreds cus of stupid imbeciles like you. Go fuck yourself
8th April 2019 at 3:37 pm #59798I’m shocked people are being very harsh here . Yeah he gambled it away , but he probably thought fuck it I’m never getting it anyway. I just reversed a withdrawal the other day and lost it . Greedy bastards . ?

They didn’t lose you that money, your own lack of patience did?
and repeating yourself in a rude tone to customer support was clearly not going to change that fact. Take responsibility for your own actions. Most on this forum would have lost money they originally won through reversing or redepositing a few days later me included, doesn’t mean they try and lay blame on others for their actions
8th April 2019 at 4:12 pm #59805Look everyone here is going to have different views on it but here’s something we can all agree on:
-Casino’s finding any chance to cancel a withdrawal need to be dealt with. Fair enough the first time it was cancelled it was due to needing ID but do they really need to cancel the withdrawal for that? They could still keep it processing whilst awaiting ID to be provided. If you’ve pressed withdraw then you clearly want the fucking money so stop dropping it back into the account so you can tempt people to play with it. They know what they are doing the fuckers.
-Casino’s who do 2-3 pending internal reviews need to be dealt with, this is another stalling tactic and it’s shady as fuck. I know a few casino’s who do this.
-All Casino’s should be FORCED by the gambling commission to A) Remove reversing withdrawals or B) Give the customer the option to remove the option to reverse or C) Give the option to lock withdrawals till they go through.
Ultimately it is your own fault for gambling it away but that doesn’t mean that the casino has no blame in my eyes, stop dangling a carrot in front of people when they are quite clearly ready to take the money and run. I can honestly say I’ve never had a problem withdrawing money from sites like Casumo and Unibet although Videoslots and Leovegas are another story and they are now on my shit list.
I will come here and slate Videoslots for their shoddy withdrawal design as something similar happened to me the other day….I made a small deposit and worked it up to £300 and tried to withdraw….got to the withdrawal page and it has a drop down box for your “verified cards” well there must have been a graphics glitch because the drop down box was empty. I contacted support and they told me it’s probably a glitch and they are working to fix it. Yeah, fuck off, who fucking designs a website where there can be a glitch with a fucking drop down box, how about you just give everyone the option to enter card details fucking manually and if those details match your verified card details then the withdrawal is approved, it ain’t fucking hard. Needless to say I waited most of the night for it to be fixed before gambling the lot away. Yeah, I could have waited till the next day but I’m a compulsive gambler which is why I need the option to lock withdrawals usually or to be able to put the withdrawal through in the first place. Not a fan of the site now they can suck my plums, if a site is having problems putting withdrawals through but you can still deposit just fine then they can fucking do one. Not the first time I’ve had problems with VS had that Magic Mirror win that took almost 2 weeks to resolve, they didn’t even apologise for making me wait. Absolute sham site with terrible customer service who quite often give you “umm I think” “I’m not sure” Yeah I get it mate your palming me off with an answer you know fuck all about, I’d have a more constructive conversation drawing a mouth on my dick and talking to that.
Leovegas is another on my shit list. I signed up to this site for free spins on BoD and then never touched it then TFD comes out and I make a deposit to try it out and end up winning £1000 and withdrawing it and to my surprise the cash out was the very next day before noon. Impressed by this I decided to play on the site again and once again I have a win of £300 from a small deposit. I try to withdraw it then have to wait 2 days to be told that my bank details don’t match the card I deposited with. Yes they fucking did, I literally used the exact same details and got paid the previous week with those provided. So I put it through again after waiting 3 days for the money to be put back in my account and 2 days later again card details don’t match. At this point I’m fucked off and I ended up playing the money away. End of the day I shouldn’t have to wait almost a week to try cash money out of the account especially when the details were correct which in my eyes leads me to believe it was a fault on LeoVegas part and not mine or my bank.
I really don’t understand why they have all these deposit and loss limits put in place, you can take a break for as long as you want, you can self exclude but still the GC won’t enforce on these casino’s the right to remove withdrawal reversals or force them to give the option to lock withdrawals, it’s a joke really.

I agree. They always make it as hard as possible to withdraw, knowing full well they’re dealing with mostly addicted/compulsive gamblers.
It’s as if this is part of their business model. How many millions a year do you think they save on cancelling withdrawals? Bet the number is huge!
Ultimately, verifying your details on withdrawal and not on deposit makes no sense at all. It’s a scam way of doing things. On a positive note, I’ve arranged a meeting with someone who’s got a huge influence on the online gaming industry, who owns a fair amount of shares in several companies, including controlling shares in some. I read that he wants to get rid of the cowboy mentality, so I emailed his secretary and explained my experience through over a decade of online gambling, including a court case against Betsson, and told them to consider this a job application. The CEO’s secretary is replied, saying they’re very interested in meeting me. After a few emails back and forth, they decided they’ll be flying to my home town to meet up with me in the end of May! Happy days! 😀

That they don’t refuse payments from sources they don’t have payment blocks towards.

Would it not of been easier and time saving to just say that this is what the bank told you when you contacted them?

Hard to contact the bank on sundays, which is when this happened. I contacted the bank today, but it’s pointless in the end. This casino is shit, and I will stick to casumo from here on out.

Only way forward for me mate bettér the devil u know . I dont understand why people cant see this is happening . Sure ultimately its our own fault but its as clear as the nose on ur face that these shysters are using delaying tacticts to withhold our winnings for as long as they can . Best thing we can do is let everyone know b4 its to late . and promote the decent casinos on every gambling forum out there . Vote with our feet i say . Casumo is the best site going for me and is now the only one i use my only gripe is their bonus but i can put up with that as at least i know i can lock my withdawal and will be paid my winnings
118th April 2019 at 6:30 pm #59826Yeah i guess its hard for me to understand how people get into these situations as i don’t get these urges. I don’t know why you would even visit a site you are already waiting on a pending withdrawal unless you were wanting to play there again. Yes casumo is prob the best way to go if you can’t control yourself as you can take away the temptation on there

Well, first of all, they never sent me an email when my documents were approved, and they never told me when they cancelled my withdrawals, so if I never went there until the money was in my bank account, I would never have noticed.
Ultimately this wasnt a big loss, it was only £440, from a £10 deposit, so I dont really give a shit. Cheap investment to know if I can trust them or not.9th April 2019 at 1:18 am #59869I have to agree with most on here . If you had an issue with withdrawing you should have recontacted them straight away.
sucks that you replayed with the winnings but that’s what gamblers do
9th April 2019 at 1:44 am #59871If it bothered you do much. Did it not cross your mind to withdraw and then set your account on a week timeout or something?
9th April 2019 at 10:14 am #59802They didn’t lose you that money, you and your own lack of patience did. They aren’t to blame and repeating yourself in a rude tone constantly to a support worker clearly was never going to help
