Honestly man, it’s fucking insane how people come on online casino forums to defend the casinos when they obviously act in bad faith.
I gave you all a warning, and I showed you what happened at this casino. What you choose to do with this information is completely up to you.
Anyone with half a brain would stay away from casinos that make it as hard as possible to withdraw money, and not defend their fraudulent activities.10th April 2019 at 6:59 am #60024Thing is its not true no fraud was committed and they didn’t ‘refuse’ to pay out you just got a little annoyed and played what you had won. Hopefully people can use this warning about how they go about withdrawals. Am not sticking up for this casino am just giving an unbias view of how i see it
10th April 2019 at 11:22 am #60042End of the day, you’ve done it now and you’ll hopefully learn from the experience.
Always look at reviews for a site before you play there. If you got that frustrated with the withdrawal piss take then you should have taken a cool down on the account and rang their customer services to get it sorted. At least that way, you can’t spend it and they can figure a way to get your withdrawal to you.
Good luck for future slotting 🙂

(05:55:59 PM) Karl: Så det ser ut til at alt ser bra ut, med at vi har problemer med utbetalings levrandøren vår
(05:56:10 PM) Karl: Så dine penger er tilbake på din kasino kontoThis is from earlier that day, when I spoke to the support. It’s in Norwegian, but here is a translation:
“So everything looks good (speaking about the documents being verified), but <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>we have problems with our payment provider.</span>
So the money is back in your Casino account.”Casinos use 3rd party payment providers towards Norwegian customers, which is who he was talking about here. Then “Michael”, the English support guy later says the problem is with MY bank, despite the problem being with their 3rd party.

I completely agree.
I’ve learned, so now I’ll be playing without bonuses on casumo for the rest of my life lol.
10th April 2019 at 2:38 pm #60050just a thought about statistics
a. I wonder how many withdraw transactions are declined in a day/week/month
b.i wonder how many of these are on a weekend when the banks are shut
????

Yup. I would also love to see how much money a casino saves on cancelled withdrawals. Specially withdrawals cancelled by them.
The thing is that if these weren’t online casinos, they would be up against a class action lawsuit over stuff like that. But since it’s hard to establish a class over the internet, it’s never gonna happen.11th April 2019 at 1:28 am #6016411th April 2019 at 10:29 am #60188Love to know how to lock a withdrawal in a live casino
As soon as you cash in your chips or slips, you have a cashout immediately at a live casino, doofus

22nd April 2019 at 2:05 am #61544Can’t believe how many of you are taking casinos side on this one. This business is getting more shady everyday. Casinos do not respect their clients. You are cattle to them. What other business conducts itself so horribly and shamelessly? Please if you can name me atleast one I’ll be thankful that I learned something new today. This support guy sounds like someone from India in those little scam call center’s they have. Casinos supports are always lying through their teeth, which by the way in most cases with proper businesses is also called fraud or misinformation.
1122nd April 2019 at 5:56 am #61567This seems to be a recurring thread and I do sometimes wonder why people actualy gamble online. However what is even more recurring is tales of people who never win on the slots, finally get a hit and the casino’s make the process of withdrawal difficult to encourage people to carry on gambling.
But to get to the nub, nearly every story ends up with a withdrawal cancellation and the individual losing all his money. If you are in that position you need to rethink your lifestyle choices. Because you will never be happy with whatever you win, lack the constraint to wait a week for your money, and will continue to chase no matter what.
Yes the casino’s are by and large assholes, that’s how they make their money. But people should think hard about their actions. Did I win Big – Yes, Do I already want to gamble again with that money – Yes – You have a gambling problem and need to review your choices.
In all fairness if this is your mindset even if you had managed to make the withdrawal it would probably have been redeposited again, and giving shit to the call centre guy is not going to achieve anything, he is on minimum wage.

That’s exactly my thoughts too.

You’re not wrong. I have cashed out decent amounts before, but I always keep coming back. It’s something to do. It gives me excitement, and it can fill my days sometimes. But it’s something I do when I’m unemployed. It’s not something I’d do if I made a decent living. I can manage on very little, and the very little I have left after my expenses are paid, I usually spend on gambling, when I probably should be saving. But 2 years of saving for something I can make in a month when I’m working is not really tempting.
Hopefully I’ll be done with the doctors visits soon, so that I’ll be able to work again. When I’m occupied, I don’t gamble.26th April 2019 at 11:11 am #62614Ok, so here’s an update:
I filed a PAB with casinomeister. Simple process if you have an active casinomeister account.
They contacted the casino, who contacted me, asking what I wanted in order to be happy.
I said I’ll take 50% of the blame if they take 50%, meaning they’ll reimburse me half of the cancelled deposit.
Within 12 hours of them contacting me, the money was in my Karjala account. This was very good.
Now here’s the kicker – They cannot cash out to Norwegian banks anymore, so it was all a waste of time.
Next ragethread will be about government control. Fucking hell26th April 2019 at 3:26 pm #62656Ok, so here’s an update:

Fucking hellSurley the point is that the bank said they do not refuse deposits from sources that are not blocked and maybe they did try to refund the money but they are a blocked source. You say payment of deposit was through a third party maybe at first they did not realise the third party was an intermediary for the blocked casino. Were the casino trying to pay you direct than through the third party.
I think that they are showing good face by giving you a part refund after you lost the money
