KASSU – I’ve sent in all documents they have asked for and after 3 weeks my account is still not verified.  When on chat I was told that I was verified and to clear all cookies and cache for it to show verified I did this. I then continued to deposit and play. It was only when I went to withdraw I was told that the account wasn’t verified and therefore I couldn’t have the withdrawal processed yet. When I went into live chat again I was told it was because my account isn’t verified. I was told there was a delay due to no withdrawal was pending and that is when they do their checks? Something doesn’t add up. Anyone had any experiences with them? Thanks.

Kassu is one of the Genesis casino sites. I’ve played at their sites for years, and I’ve never had problems with them.
Maybe they just don’t see the point in verifying you before you’re gonna make a withdrawal (as per their license agreement). I’m also pretty sure they don’t require verification until you’ve started a withdrawal that will put you above a certain amount (think it’s around 2-3k).
Keep in mind that verification is there to help fight money laundering, and possibly other reasons, but that’s the main reason as far as I know.

Anyway, my experience with all Genesis sites (Casinocruise, Genesis, Pelaa, Kassu, Casoola, Sloty, Spinit, VegasHero) is that they can be trusted.

Exact same reason for me account blocked for no reason other than winning. If you look up reviews of Kassu and all the genesis group casino sites then you’ll be amazed they’re still allowed to operate. My advice is to forget your winnings and move on.
