Anybody know anything about theses things, my Dad and I both have the same box connected to the TV ( SM Box ) off ebay, we use the same provider and have a line each. His works fine but mine kicks me off after 10 minutes with the message “This video could not be played at this time, please try again later”. It’s doing my tits in and I don’t fancy watching the game tomorrow with the fucker playing tricks on me.
Anybody know why it does this? I’m ready to throw the bastard thing out the window.

2nd March 2019 at 5:15 pm #52126We used dodgy boxes a while ago and used to always buffer and not load any streams, thought for yonks it was our internet but turns out the box was shite.
Bought a decent one with 8GB RAM and it’s been brilliant, no buffering, 1080p streaming, quality.
Xbox One’s also stream kodi seamlessly aswell, no issues at all as it’s basically made for media streaming ??
Are you both sharing the same internet or not? Sounds daft but I can’t tell if you are or not ?

Ask Virgin to come out and test your speed.. That’s what It sounds like if your dad’s working. And get them out to make the speed better, before boosting for your S.D.

3rd March 2019 at 10:28 pm #52436IPTV is the way forward, depending on your provider you can get every channel possible including 3pm footy, VOD and loads more 😉
13rd March 2019 at 11:21 pm #52448I used to laugh when I saw people talking about these kodi boxes. It’s not working, they’ve blocked some program, the cia is headshotting users, pay $10 for an upgrade scam to be given free software and it goes on, while I just use google and for the sake of a few annoying pop ups I can watch anything I want, as long as there’s a source. Here’s some PERFECT advice…..
If you want that link above to work as long as it possibly can, www dot mask dot it
If this is a public forum for search engines (I haven’t checked) then it can only help kill the site, not that it will, just that it can. Social media is the worst for killing a streaming site.
p u t l o c k e r – the only downfall with some of these sites can be the adult pop ups.
Also, pay it forward. If you watch a good flim for free, let people know it’s good. If you can’t afford or are unable to pay or go to the cinema, then you can at least market it and encourage others to. The overeducated hate this theory though and prefer if you can’t afford it or can’t go, you don’t deserve it. Probably half the connected world watches The Grand Tour. I dread to think how many of those people do not have an amazon account.
