I’m currently living in California and I’m heading to Vegas at the end of March.

Does anyone have any recommendations on things to do / places to eat / places to stay

    Cheers!

Depends on what you want to get out of it mate to be honest. I’ve been a few times and will be going this year. I always stay at the Treasure island because I like pirates and they have an awesome cowboy themed saloon hahaha

Are you after high stakes gambling, lower stakes slots/table games. Excursions to the canyon, shows, girls, clubs l, poker, shooting ranges etc. Let me know what you want to do and I (and others on here) can advise

I went with the wife and kids a couple of years ago, Stayed in the mirage, lovely hotel.

Grand canyon and hoover dam were fantastic.

Surprisingly I didn’t gamble that much and my wife was given the spends to hold onto because we all know what would of happened if I had control of it??? day 1 fuck all left sorry.

It’s un real I absolutely loved it, it was something I’d always wanted to do being a gambler. I can’t wait to go back but without the kids, it’s not really a place for them but at least they have experienced it

Yeah Bro, Vegas Baby ain’t no place for kids ?

A couple a tips I found very helpful…. Tip the hostesses in your hotel $5 for your free drinks and get them to suggest eating places and night clubs. Tip the hotel staff when getting your room a $20 or $50 and you May get a upgrade ?

    Be careful around freemont St.

    Visit Venetian for the Poker.

Ask the Valet staff for tips on what & where to go.

Went in 2001 for 10 days. Spent every second gambling, eating, drinking and…..well you know what else lol.

Stayed @ Luxor, lovely hotel and staff. Never been back. And I slap my head looking back that we never did any sight seeing or saw any shows.

    Very hot weather.
