I was hoping you might be able to help me out. I signed up to Videoslots recently and am only a 20p spin person, I looked at the battle games and accidentally entered into a £80 battle I never knew I entered it, I didn’t open the game or start it so contacted support they said would sort it out and would get back to me. The next day i got an email saying they will not refund my money as it was my fault which I understand but it was a genuine mistake and as a new customer to the site I thought it was harsh the way they dealt with it. £80 is a fair bit of money to lose as they could have just cancel my registration and refunded myself.
