Yep unfortunately so! The way they’ve handled this, at least for me, has been absolutely terrible.
It’s safe to say I won’t be using them again.

sorry can’t link as it wont work as its a closed group. The email i posted though that said he could keep it is a guy i know personally and would have no reason to lie to me so i believe him 100%

Na not at all mate, it’s times like these when humour is good haha!
I often defend the casinos, especially when legitimate terms etc. are breached, but this is such a weird one. I’m not disputing any terms at all, but at the end of the day it’s their error and a little goodwill gesture would have been nice, at the very least y’know. Worst of all to get no correspondence from them until this email, and for them to completely ignore the emails I sent to them myself. And then to find out that some players have been able to keep their £1k but not me… it’s just awful customer service. So yeah, I am gutted.
