hi , any advice appreciated, playing fire in the hole 2 at leo vegas,verified for years etc,never any problems. Then the game freezes in a bonus round (screenshots attached),reloaded the game etc,just stuck on the bonus round with various error messages.After a bit of to and frowing and a few days,leo acknowledges there is a problem with the game and are waiting for the provider(im assuming its nolimit) to sort it. They would email me when they got a response.Five days nothing,then on day 6 the game actually loads (been fixed) but my round,still one spin of bonus round has disappeared.nothing added to balance. now at day 10 they just say sorry there was no bonus round and im owed nothing,ive put in a complaint to them but even those replies stopped. Basically they will not acknowledge the screenshots i took (has a suspicion that something may happen) and will not even say they have looked at them.Basically they are saying that i am making it up,despite them telling me in emails that there was a problem with the game at the exact time it stuck on me. I played the game at another site later that evening and the game stuck there as well but not in a bonus round. Its only £56 owed but with a spin to go,its the principle if how can they just say what happened is not real and im owed nothing. ive never had a problem with leo before so any advice appreciated! many thanks
