Hi guys, I wonder if anyone has every had a similar issue. I was playing Feather Frenzy on LeoVegas this evening on my mobile phone. I had just loaded up £100 and was playing a low stake of just 60p. I often try to start low and then increase once the balance has built but I very rarely spin over £2 per spin.

Anyway, there was an annoying line accross the bottom of my phone screen which was making it difficult to see my balance ( I now know it must have been down to £86.60 ) I was swiping up to see if it got rid of the line when I saw that my balance had gone down to just £6.60. This just didn’t make sense to me when to my horror I saw that the spin amount had gone up to £80! In a state of shock I immediately contacted Leo Vegas chat team and they basically robbed me off with terms and conditions etc etc.

I asked the chat lady to look through my history on any session to see what my average bet amount is and that this is clearly a mistake but she was adamant there is jithing she can do. I pushed her a little more by asking how can she expect me to have any confidence to use the site again if this kind of thing can happen with no recourse or investiagation on their part and then she asked me to email my concerns to their support team..

my question is has anyone else ever had a similar experience and how did the casino deal with it??

You’ve accidentally upped your stake on a touchscreen. Very unfortunate but no casino is going to give you the money back in that instance. And in all fairness, realistically if that spin had got lucky and hit an £8000 win, would you have contacted support and insisted they take their money back?

It sucks but due to potential angle-shooting, I can see why casinos won’t budge on this.

We’d all be missclicking a max bet spin every session!

Really unfortunate mate, I’ve been there myself, clicking away on £5 when I was supposed to be on 50p! Obviously not quite an £80 bet, but still. Sorry to hear it bud. As others have said, probably unlikely they’ll budge on this – if they did, then others could follow suit, have one spin on £80, hope it hits, and if it doesn’t then ask for the money back from the casino.
