Is exactly what I think of the communications industry.
Name one company in the industry that doesn’t have the vast array of reasons to complain, from acceptable downtime, to corrupt dealings. You might think “Well I have been with Virgin since the beginning and never had any problems”. Or “talk talk is a little slow but cheap and cheerful” and so on. But if you look at any of the companies on social media, there is a flood of people pointing out all sorts of utter vile crap the companies get up to.
