so I don’t get chance to gamble big often I’m a very low roller who prays for a good day to build a balance. So I loaded £40 3 nights ago and decided to play some games and get the balance rolling.
Managed to get myself to a respectable £280 off a couple of quick bonuses on BOD, Cpt venture and extra chillis little £10 bonus buys. Feeling good and on a roll I decided to keep chasing jamming jars a game I still have never managed to bonus since day 1.
I decided 60p stake isn’t pushing my luck to much and hunkered down for the slog and inevitable bust. Sure enough 250 spins later I’m still no closer. 2 jar drop here and a tease then another and another. Going no where.
I get down to my last £100 and decided sod it its killing me anyway I might as well try I raised the stakes to £1. I’m down towards deaths door with £20 left in the balance when it happens three jars bounce in. The spin end and instead of being greeted with the free spins screen I have been waiting for the game kicks me out and an error message read
“win/loss limit reached, bet limit reached
All spins void
if problem persists please contact support”
so…. I reload the game and sure enough no bonus….
I contacted support who ask me to send over browser details and this and that they will pass it to relevant departments and get back to me. 3 days later i had the reply I was dreading
Void due to malfunction. So safe to say I have given up on chasing jamming jars it’s clearly not meant to happen the bonus probably would have only gone for £5 knowing my luck with the game.
So I will take my consolation of 25 free spins on wild heist and cry.
Thats the slots on ice for me a bit
29th December 2018 at 2:39 pm #32405That’s fucking disgusting.
There needs to be new rules set in place where they should refund you for that session. I.E all game rounds on that game
“Keeping gambling fair” load of bollocks.
We need to get people doing collective bets and try to put these places out of business.
29th December 2018 at 4:40 pm #32430It’s even more offensive when the 25 free spins they give you as a consolation prize is at a bet value of 10p… thanks for the kick in the balls whilst I’m down
3rd January 2019 at 11:11 pm #34125I’m betting it never came up with that message on a losing spin 🙂
As for slots on ice for a bit – please consider putting them on ice permanently. You will either continue low rolling, losing money and never really getting a big hit, or worse still start creeping your stakes up chasinga big win that never arises, or is voided.
A far better investment would be clicking the gamban button
3rd January 2019 at 11:31 pm #34137That’s disgraceful. So you spent £280 and had a small chance to recoup some of your losses and they feel it’s fair to give you the equivalent of £2.50 in free spins to make up for it. What an absolute joke, no other industry would make the consumer suffer for a design flaw in their own product (or one they profit from at least). It’s only fair that they should reset your balance to what it was before you started playing Jammin Jars, not exactly your fault the game malfunctioned, they should take responsibility as it’s their website. It’s just daylight robbery and they need to put measures into place so the punters don’t keep getting shafted while they still get to keep every penny you gambled, wank stain coconut sniffing bastards. What casino did this happen at?
