2 faults/Bugs and thebandits gets paid at the end with BTG writing a response on Casinomiester that the server knows what it’s paid.. Then if that’s true pay Green2711 his god dam money…

Basically my bonus finished but got stuck there so never added the winnings. I tried different browser and mobile still the same. Their support sent it onto their tech department and after about a day or 2 they were able to unlock the game and the winnings were added to my balance then. Hope you have the same result. I think you should be ok.

I contacted videoslots on Monday I won the bonus on Friday 15th so told them I’ve waited quite a while and they said they will update me when they hear back from the provider and it can sometimes take a bit longer…since then I’ve had no response so I’ll be contacting them again tomorrow if still no reply.
Honestly feeling like I won’t get it but if eejit has said it’s gonna be fine then I suppose I can’t argue with that.

What a miscontrued statement.
The bandit cant get any compensation. The game has a front end glitch, not a game round issue. The game clearly misplaced what it was showing and its fixed. And I love Steve, he is great, but on this one he isnt entitled to anything.

As for this – the game round can get stuck. All game round are automatically paid out after a certain period of time. The result is already decided just the spin hasnt finished. Have you tried using a computer elsewhere to view it? Something thats never logged on to videoslots, different IP also, that usually works.
Games do have issues. I maen if your FIFA game crashes you dont sue Playstation do you? Green will be paid, the game round will be visible, and if there is a universe where he miraculously doesnt, I live by their office, ill go down for you pal and ask some questions.
But yes you will be fine. This happens. Not a lot but it does. Just keep emailing them, chasing a game provider takes 2 days max. And one as big as Merkur has good speed on this. Just make sure Live chat knows the issue in full being as technical as you can.

The money is now resting in my VS account. 🙂
