Has anyone had to jump through so many hoops to make a withdrawal before.
Let me explain, my account was locked due to not providing KYC docs, even though i had.
I then appeased the dicks by providing them again.
My account was then unlocked and was told i could play, withdraw deposit etc…
Now i have actually had a big win and put through a withdrawal and once again apparenlty i have not provided enough docs. They are now asking me for docs to prove a card i used 6 months ago which snapped, a new one was given which i have been making deposits with since.
They expecting me to go to the bank to get a letter to prove the card was destroyed and replaced.
Has anyone else had experience with this? What can i do?
