[Diablo3 WANTED $1 Outlaw]

I won over £700 in the morning I withdraw 400 and played until the night with the rest and logged off and checked my account this evening and the money and been stopped and gone out of my account. Spoke to the (customer care team) and the say that the moneyvwas cancelled by me. When I haven’t even been on there since. Warning to anybody who uses this site stop using it now.

There has to be some sort of history on your account both showing the cancelled withdrawal (maybe) and showing the play history of those funds (definitely).

There has to be some sort of history on your account both showing the cancelled withdrawal (maybe) and showing the play history of those funds (definitely).

Thats what I dont understand – if he cancelled the withdrawal the money would still be in his account, and if he had done that and played it surely he would know.

So the money should either be in his bank account if he didnt cancel the withdrawal, or in his account if he did cancel the withdrawal.  Or he has used it on the slots which means that there isnt an issue.  My head is gone on this one

The OP is alleging the withdrawal has not been played and has infact disappeared. The casino beg to differ. Something’s gone wrong. History should exist on the account to display what.

Thanks Mr B that makes sense now.  As you say there has to be history.  The casino aren’t denying he had the money just that he cancelled the withdrawal.  Given that every action is recorded in his history an audit trail should be there

any chance you had a shandy or two mate ? seemed like a pretty long sesh, im only  saying this as it does seem very strange. it has happened to me b4, and after checking my account history section , suddenly a bead of sweat and another and then it all came back. what a tit id been ha ha??not saying this is the case with u , only having a stab at what could have happened.if u still cant fathom out what happened  and dont get any satisfaction from cust services i would suggest u contact nickslots tomoz he is an affiliate of said casino and does help people with  casino problems . He streams on utube and twitch from 11am onwards. and has a live chat .
