Hello, new here. Been playing on some of the Crypto sites from the UK(VPN) for a while. Recently I came across a site called Metaspins. Looked decent enough, as the CEG official licence. Anyway, I played there yesterday and managed to get a balance of around £2500 from a £60 deposit. They have all Hacksaw, PnG games etc so all fine. Went to withdraw and submitted it. Within literally 1 minute my account was blocked. Received an email saying I had a Self Exclusion. When proven that I had not had a SE they then asked me to do KYC…complied fully…I’m then told that the UK is a restricted country and they were confiscating my funds. I had explained that all their affiliates and streamers were playing from “Restricted Countries” such as the US/UK and Netherlands. Regardless they have stuck with the story and pulled my winnings and are possibly going to return the deposit…but haven’t seen anything come through yet! They ask for KYC “at their discretion” which means all is fine if you lose…put as much money in as you like….but try and withdraw something and we will take your money if you are in one of about 20 countries that appeared on their “list”.
Just a warning for UK players in particular – do not play on this casino as you will not be able to get anything from them…unless you lose.
