Hi all… signed up to Mr Green this morning (using Bandits link obviously!)

anyway, i deposited £20 wit a 100% bonus, so £40 balance,

i played diamond mine for 300 spins, balance was £20.12, which meant i was about to start bonus money… then a box pops up… Insufficent funds… i contacted the live chat, they didnt know why my bonus money wouldnt work… i tried bonanza, tiki tumble, fortunes of ra… all getting the same issue…

 

Has anyone else had this problem?

Yeah weird that one, whilst they didn’t know why it wasn’t working, they could see it was there? Have they gone ahead and sorted it for you? If not, what is their plan did they say?

Yeah, they could see the funds, and couldnt understand why it wasnt working, they’ve escalated the issue, they said ill hear back by email when they have an answer… that was an hour ago… nothing yet!

They told me to try book of dead on 10p… it worked…

now they are saying “I can see you’ve played games, there’s no issues showing our end, so there’s not a lot we can do”

so ive got £1200 wagering to try and complete at 10p stake on book of dead…. fuck my old boots!!!
