    Hi all ,

    I’ve just signed up through the link to Mr Green casino. I deposited £20 and opted in for the 100% match and 200 free spins. It didn’t give me any bonus and when I contacted them through live chat they told me I have to wager my initial £20 Then I will get my deposit match free spins.  I’ve now waged that amount Am I still haven’t got my deposit match or free spins. Any advice appreciated thanks

    Hi Gary,

    The only thing you can do I think is to keep on to there live chat ASAP they should surely see in there record that no bonus was recieved and give you it. Let us know how you got on mate 🙂

    Spoke to them again, they suggested I log in using google chrome, trying that now. Not holding my breath

    Sorted now, took a few times on live chat. They stated it was because I didn’t deposit through the welcome bonus link ( i used backinamo.com link) to be honest I’m not overly impressed with there site I got £103 in free spins £20 in deposit match and £20 deposit total £143 not even a sniff of a win or bonus, I’ll stick with cashumo and video slots.??
