What a disgrace mate, must be infuriating. The problem with these type of casinos is that you are basically at the mercy of them willing to pay you out or not. If you request a decent size withdrawal there’s every chance that their flags will ping up and they’ll attempt to mess you about and fuck you off with no money. Might be worth raising a complaint at askgamblers.com, they don’t have any regulatory powers but quite often the public shame for the casino is enough to get things moving a bit, more so than that pathetic excuse for customer service via live chat. Really hope you get paid eventually!

This is the only thing that can be done, raising a PAB.  The casinos will only enforce their vague T&Cs when it suits them to do so. That is the risk of these Curaçao casinos, you have absolutely zero protection at all from dodgy practices.

Sorry to hear about your crappy experience mate. It seems that you have lost that money. Trying to find a bright side for you….. At least you won’t use them again. If you’ve signed upto gamstop it was for a good reason as you said you couldn’t control your gambling. You attempted to find another way to gamble and succeeded. Thankfully it’s been a one off gamble… If you hadn’t of experienced the crap service, think about how many more thousands you could potentially lose, some will say or win but realistically it’ll be a loss. Yes you’ve probably lost your withdrawal because of the crappy service but all in all… its probably done you a favour in the long run?? Remember you stopped for a good reason mate. Again, yes you’ve been done over but you’ll be so much better off by not doing it again.

After nearly two months of chasing, I finally got most of the money back, minus the fees and the $100 returned transaction charge. Thanks to you TJTom. I didn’t even consider AG, solely because I didn’t think that Crypto casinos cared much about their reputation. Although it was still painful, it did get me my funds back. So massive thank you.

To everyone reading this, avoid. Absolutely horrid, stressful experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. By a wide margin the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, most can barely string two words together. I think I got lucky with my money, others haven’t been so.

I’m gamble free across this time span and I won’t be looking back. This was a wonderful lesson for me. Hope you all reach the same epiphany.
