1st May 2019 at 7:58 am #63554@eejit101 so if those displays are deliberate, how are the games considered to be compliant with UKGC licensing? Am I misinterpreting what their wording means?
Game designs or features that may reasonably be expected to mislead the customer about the likelihood of particular results occurring are not permitted, including substituting losing events with near-miss losing events and simulations of real devices that do not simulate the real possibilities of the device.
Games may not falsely display near-miss results, that is, the event may not substitute one losing outcome with a different losing outcome.
1st May 2019 at 11:53 am #63738So what about Secret of the stones then does it matter at all what you pick or will the outcome always been the same i.e winning total. And also when it shows you were the good ones were. Was they really there ? Lol
1st May 2019 at 12:08 pm #63740What about on a FOBT say I win 500 quid on 1 game. Then close it down and open another game are my chances of getting a big win different?? Different game same machine. Ie its the machine that says what it will pay out not the games you play.

It doesnt do it on every spin. But think about the walking past waving thing bandit talks about. It happens above average per spin.
Best example is Royal Masquerade or Pimped, think how many bonus symbols you see on the reels, and how often you get megateases and it just goes on forver without seeing one now.
Its not changing the game, just visually its incorrect as to the mathematical likelihood.
