Hey!
I played a bit on justspin.com but with no luck, so i got a 50 euro bonus with 20x wagering from the support. Well, thats nice!
I started playing, and won up to 500 euro but when i was going to check how much wagering I got left I realized that the casino gave me wrong wagering. they gave me 50 x wager instead of 20x. I contacted them and they just removed all my money and changed the wagering to 20x.. I had previously wagered 900 euro, so if the bonus was correct to begin with ive would have been done with the bonus after 100 more euro..
I can’t belive that they are allowed to just remove all my money when THEY did a “mistake”. specially when i was so close to the original wagering requirements.
(sorry for my bad english)

Next time, check everything is right, and check t&c before you start to wager.

never trust casinos special when they offer free money, they are there to take are money not to give free money

Umm. this depends. If the T+C states money can be removed for a specific reason then sure. But if its their mistake they have to change wagering, not remove the funds. Otherwise thats moderately illegal.
8th December 2019 at 8:38 pm #84521I’m guessing they would have this in the T&C somewhere knowing they can potentially get screwed by it 🙂 if not, the casino is bloody stupid haha
8th December 2019 at 10:41 pm #84528thanks for the reply.
Guess it’s no chance to get anything back after reading T&C.
“justspin.com reserves the right to cancel or withdraw a promotional offer and to change the terms of use of the offer at any time, regardless of the information provided with the bonus offer.”
