Sorry but I am at a loss with what to do. Back in October and November I was winning well on the slots. Well enough it cleared all our bills and paid for xmass. Both me and my partner were well happy with what was going on. But then in December my partner asked me to spend a little less time on the slots and more with the family, which was fair enough, at this point we were still well up money wise, so I chatted with her and we decided I would close my accounts all but 1 and I would play at night only. When I requested to close my account with jackpot village, then sent me an email asking why I wanted to close my account. And I thought I would be kind enough to reply and just told them I was spending to much time on the slots. They then sent me an email saying I was banned from all casinos on the network for 5 years, I was furious with this and told them thats not what I wanted. They replied with the ban is in place and I should seek help for my problem, I told them I wanted to take my complaint further, they then took 3 weeks to get back to me with the same response as before and a like to a site that meditates for them. But when I go on that site it says thats not something they deal with and the gambling commission says they don’t deal with it either. I don’t know what to do or who to turn to. Surly these companies should not be banning people just because we decided to close our accounts. If anyone has any advice I would be very grateful.

over reaction to your message? yes , heavy handed? Totally,
but like I said from their point of view you wanted to shut an account because of over playing, shutting an account is seen as a bigger thing than time outs or breaks , your request in their eyes is a sign of admittance of problems and they are trying to save you and them from getting in the shit…sadly no complaining or letters will change this now, you’ll have to ride the 5 years as the bans (in my knowledge )can’t be undone and the casino won’t budge on it …
