    They will probably send the footage off to the game provider for analysis or what ever it is they do. It usually takes a few weeks from what I’ve heard of. Talk to live chat and see what they say ?

    try to go back on same game do one more spin maybe it gets add,lot of lag on games is taking 1-2 spin more to add the wining

    On videoslots, they have a game history. Click on it and it opens a page showing every won and loss and so forth…. it should be there in the wins section with a time and star …if it’s there happy days… ( happened to me and the online customers support sorted it straight away ) if not …. it’ll be what winningbird said ….
