New regs advice needed

    been trying to work through the new regs since 7 th may.can a casino withhold a withdrawal if your account is verified but your id has expired?.had this issue three or four weeks ago with great British casino got it resolved and they paid me.seems they are at it again with latest withdrawal attempt.have had a delay in getting my new drivers liscence my passport has expired as well.if they have been aware my id had expired on 13 th March 2019 (I wasn’t aware of this until they told me after previous withdrawal attempt)are they legally aloud to let me deposit since 7th may ?not after my money back I want my winnings.spoke to customer support and got  no meaningful answer just kept repeating their robotic answer.

    If had them keep withdrawls from me until ID has been approved, Not sure if that still stands with the new laws. Check out GC website. Hope it’s sorted soon, And now reversing ;p

    I spoke to UKGC about something like this not long ago. Apparently, they only have to verify a players age before depositing, so unless you have sent them all relevant documentation in beforehand, they would need that to verify who you are, your source of wealth ect.

     

    Could be wrong but these are my thoughts. 🙂
