Regarding the issue of No Limits not loading on 500, try changing your currency to display in Euros and it should work.
I was playing with AUD and it was never an issue until a week or two ago. Kept getting the same message about my IP address that you are getting.
Since changing to Euros it’s been fine.
I know it’s a pain in the dick, but at least you can still play them that way.
