I have seen that a several people had have some issues in the past with Genesis and was wondering if anyone would be able to assist with some help with issue I’m experiencing now!!
Had won on Genesis more than week ago a few thousand euros. They asked for verification what us okay but now they have re-asked and re-delayed approval for several times.
Support answers the same thing over and over so no help from their side. Their contact details to contact them via phone does not work.
For a fact I know that casino has paid out to people in the past but something like this is first for me where they just goes circles and circles with the same thing.
