@Haz I’m genuinely suprised at you mate. I would definitely pay it back even if I knew I would get away with it. Damn my total honesty! It hasn’t got me very far 🙂

I think when it comes to casinos i feel like it’s a bit of a us versus them. I suppose it’s mainly because i feel I’ve been mistreated by casinos in the past but i can assure you I’m a very honest person in general.?
116th August 2019 at 4:22 am #78115I’d keep it, they aren’t going to pursue you legally over it because that would cost more than the trouble of it, especially with them being based in Malta most likely.
Didn’t this happen a while back with LeoVegas? They had a competition running or something and it glitched and ended up paying quite a few people £1000 followed by an email asking for it back only for them to send an email after that saying to keep it as a gesture of good will. I’m sure a member posted a story like that a few months back..

Yeah but I dont think it was for everyone, just everyone except bio they wanted his back ?
16th August 2019 at 7:39 am #78121I’d probably give it back, I wouldn’t be able to sleep thinking that someone might have lost their job over the mistake ?
Then again I might spend it on Donuts and baby stuff ??

Yeah they basically let most keep it but me. The way they handled the entire thing was grim.
That case was different to this one though. In that case, they literally told me I’d won the promotion that they had on, which was a £1,000 cash drop. A genuine promotion that they had running at the time. They then took it back a few hours later with no explanation. It was only after calling them up several times they told me they gave it to me in error, despite thinking I’d won for that entire time.
In this case, it’s an obvious error, a double withdrawal.
I fully understand why people would keep it. And as I said, don’t get me wrong, if it was Leo, I would ? but as Xbob said, anywhere else and I just wouldn’t feel right profiting from someone’s innocent mistake, that they may get disciplined for.
16th August 2019 at 10:18 am #78132I remember think the PayPal guys got it out in time lol. I would keep it but am a doush like that ??
16th August 2019 at 3:40 pm #78139So in a landbased casino in the UK how it works is as follows. If say a dealer over pays you by £10 nobody is gonna say shit but if a dealer over pays by £1500 (happens) they would ask for you to give the money back and if you declined they would just exclude you from the casino but wouldnt press charges as it’s way too much hassle. I would assume the same would happen for online casinos. If you don’t care about playing at that casino again I would just keep the money and donate half to charity. That’s my opinion.
16th August 2019 at 4:33 pm #7814317th August 2019 at 1:33 am #78176Tell them sorry but you have already spent it and offer them 10 freespins on starburst ??
19th August 2019 at 6:46 pm #78339I agree with seedy that they should have at least offered you something for giving the money back to them. like a really decent deposit bonus, or at the very least 100 free spins on £1 or £2 stake.
If they dont offer anything, I would put the 1500 on the next horse you see at Evens, if it wins pay the money back and still have 1500 for yourself, if it loses say sayonara to the casino.
or spend the 1500 on a holiday and send the casino a selfie of you in the sun saying cheers with a beer in hand
Whilst taking the selfie, dont forget to be holding a newspaper with today’s date on it, and a second selfie holding your passport next to your face.
20th August 2019 at 8:29 am #78379100% keep the money, casinos are robbing bastards and will do anything they can not to pay out to us, i had my own bad experience with redbet thats still ongoing, play them at their own game, they wont pursue 1500, like somone else says its not worth their time and effoet really

Unfortunately i remember your story well 11.5k before you went to tenerife i think. I don’t blame you for saying that. Your experience was awful. I had similar at 32red and what gets me in both our cases there was no compromise. It’s like tough shit your getting fuck all. There’s no common sense.

think you might be on about videoslots there when there games messed up and loads people took them to the cleaners and they threat everyone with the police then decided they could keep there winnings haha just to add if a casino overpaid me id defo keep it fk them do you think they would refund you if was a mistake unlikely
20th August 2019 at 1:30 pm #78394Just keep it and ignore the e-mails, deny all knowledge, change all your contact preferences, give the 1.5k to someone for safe keeping for 3 months if nothing happens theres your holiday money, don’t ever play there again.
