I think this is like my second post on the forums and since Mr Bandito has been playing on paddypower a site i use hell of a lot i just wanted to add my 2 cents about them. I’ve been using them on and off for a very long time at least 5 years? Maybe longer and they just simply do not care about loyal customers anymore. The free bets , the loyalty bonus’s , the free spins all gone. Now im not sure if im on some sort of list where im banned from getting these sort of things on my account but for the first 2 years they where chucking free bets and free spins on everything. I’ve also noticed they have raised the points cap from 85 to 100 points in the casino when the site got revamped , and removed a lot of my favorite games as well games i have found on other sites. I’ve also entered competitions in the past where you had to wager certain amounts on certain games to get entry to a raffle for a prize draw? Now i opted in to that and i wagered 1000’s of pounds over the months and i was told i didn’t wager enough for the competition which was complete bull and i even proved it to the chat admin and they where claiming it was the wrong games i played yet i clearly checked to make sure the games where eligible customer service is just useless. I also opted in for the new rewards scheme they have running , where if you spend 50 pounds on ‘games’ you get a £5 free bet on Mondays and that hasn’t even been credited to my account , i won’t be going to customer services to complain because its pointless. They will no doubt tell me some cock and bull about it already being used or i didn’t wager enough.
That said i have had some very very nice wins on the site over the years , things have come up a bit dry lately but this review isn’t about me being paid out its about the shocking treatment of loyal customers and the ignorance of some of the employees who work for paddypower. If you have a look on the games site as well , nearly all the good things on there is for ‘new customers’ its like sky offering new people 75% of a package and sticking their fingers up to the old existing long term customers.
Now they have recently just added a feature in which you can cancel your withdrawals , the strange thing is when i first joined if i made a withdrawal i had to navigate threw a multiple level of options to cancel it and it made it difficult and at the time they processed payments sooooo fast i couldn’t even get to it in time to do it anyway. Then when this new site came along it was right there in your face / cancel withdrawal! Bold as day , i went into chat and asked for my withdrawal to be forced threw and of course they declined that and said its just how the system works now they can’t force it to the bank. Then they a few months later , i went into my profile and noticed you can opt out of pending withdrawals yourself its hidden away where no one can see it. I wonder why 😛
Pros:
The one good thing this site has going for it , is the Visa card. I have one , and i find it insanely useful. If it wasn’t for that card a lot of my money would of gone back into the slots. So its a great feature and the fact you can use it pretty much anywhere is another perk.
Good selection of games you cant play on other sites like the paddy exclusives.
On a closing note i love your videos bandit , i love the banter. But i absolutely dread it when you go onto paddypower the game selection is pretty poor in terms of novos and other providers and they don’t seem to pay out anymore. I mean no captain bob? No deal right? I purely watched the videos for your random banter and swearing at the screen lol.
