I’ve been a member at PlayOjo since 2017, never verified until recently, never any withdrawals lol
That changed last week when I deposited £100 on my old account, ran it up to £1500, then tried to withdraw £1000. That’s when the problems started. First PlayOjo requested the whole KYC thing. That was annoying but I completed KYC and had my documents approved. Great. Just waiting for that withdrawal to hit my bank account
I check my withdrawal history on PlayOjo and to my shock, I see that my balance is £0 and I have been credited £100 withdrawal. Wow, OK, I contact support to ask what’s up
Support, including 2 different managers – Natanya and Zoe – then told me they were blocking my withdrawal because I had used a VPN to login, deposit and play, which they claimed was against the T&C. I read the T&C carefully and it says nothing about VPNs so they told me a blatant lie. Regardless, I can prove that I did not use a VPN as my bank doesn’t allow transactions over VPNs, nor was I using a Netherlands VPN (what they accused me of). I was not using a VPN to play and I can prove this
Next they claimed I was then self-excluded, so couldn’t login or play. I have NO RECORD OF DOING THIS, no emails, nor can they show me any confirmation emails of this. Further, I was able to login to my account, deposit and play with no problems. This was an account from 2017, not a new account
This is Play Ojo so I wasn’t using any deposit bonuses or bonuses of any kind
I deposited £100, played some Bonanza, Millionaire and Pop (BTG), tried to withdraw £1000, and was refused for being a UK player. The fact they have currency in GBP and say they are regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, plus clearly welcome UK players in their official website:
And their staff, 2 days ago, confirmed they accept UK players here:
https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/playojo.com
“OJO is sorry to hear that you feel this way about the various checks we carry out as a fully licensed casino. Rest assured that as a UK regulated casino, OJO abides by all laws and regulations, ensuring a trusted and fair gaming experience for all OJOers.
By no means do we intend to be intrusive or invasive in any way but we are required to verify your details in line with the requirements requested by our regulator. This is to ensure that the source of the funds used to play with are legitimate.
We completely that this process may be slightly tedious, however, it is a clear licensing requirement from the Gambling Commission of Great Britain. We can assure you that all UK licensed and regulated casinos require such information from customers, and it is likely that these operators will also request this information from members when their play reaches certain levels.”Clearly a UK casino, licensed in the UK, but refuse to pay me out because I am a UK player? What sorcery is this? I’m usually not one for publishing private messages but this is their email to me today:
<span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>“our Terms and Conditions state that players from the United Kingdom are not permitted to play on our site.”</span>
These are blatant lies, over and over, and they stole my money. Can anybody here help me? At the least let this serve as a warning to never go to playojo or any skillonnet casinos as they will try to steal your money in every way possible
24th June 2021 at 10:52 am #109345Womp womp.
I’m convinced you were using a VPN, but at least you can now be Billy big bollocks and tell them their terms are bullshit and they aren’t the law. Have fun.

The only thing you bring to the fucking forum is being an arsehole about another streamer and slagging me off. I suggest it’s you that takes a fucking day off pal.

I wasn’t using a VPN to play. I don’t use VPNs to play casinos. I am in the UK. Further, if you read, you will see my bank doesn’t allow transactions over VPNs – this is standard for most banks – so what do you say now, Bob?
I can prove I wasn’t using a VPN using my banking transactions and my ISP logs. PlayOjo are lying, but as Bob is a huge casino shill, he sides with the casino, wtf Bob? What are you even doing here?
PS: BOB – all your streamer friends using fake casino money like Chip, can git ta fuck, just like you ya sad little snotball. Vote the casino steals my money. Yea good one. Wait until they steal YOUR money and see how much sympathy you get, you shill fuck
24th June 2021 at 4:21 pm #109353Please note the terms and conditions of PlayOjo – there is nothing in them against using a VPN, and believe me, I read them carefully. There is nothing in their terms saying I can’t use a VPN, yet their staff refused a payout for using a VPN. That’s fucked up on so many levels
Listen to this email and compare it with the response of ojo staff on trustpilot – both of them are replying to me:

EMAIL:
Thank you for getting in touch with your OJO crew about your account and complaint.
My name is Helene and I’m the Customer Care Manager at PlayOJO. I am truly sorry to hear what happened and I understand your frustration!
However, keep in mind that our Terms and Conditions state that players from the United Kingdom are not permitted to play on our site.
Mark, your account was checked and we can see that you registered the account with IP from Netherlands.
As a result, we refunded your deposit and removed winnings.
I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, Mark, but we have acted in accordance with our terms and thus this is our final response on the matter.
If you are not satisfied with our reply please feel free to follow our Customer Complaints Procedure that can be found on our Terms and Condition page (clause 21)————————————————————–

Hello there,
OJO is sorry to hear that you’re feeling this way about our casino.
We completely understand that this is a frustrating feeling but we pride ourselves on following absolutely all the necessary rules and regulations that govern us as UK licensed casino.
By no means would we ever prevent a player from the UK withdrawing but as we have certain licenses that we abide by, a player from the UK would need to be registered to the correct license as well as complete our verification process. I truly am sorry if you have been left feeling otherwise but we can assure you that every action taken by OJO is in line with our regulatory bodies.
Should a player abide by our Terms and Conditions as well as complete our verification process which we are completely transparent about, they will of course be able to withdraw whenever they please.
OJO will however respect how you are feeling but we do feel it’s important to once again highlight that we are actually a fully UK licensed casino following the rules and regulations set by the UK Gambling Commission and we can confidently say that without doubt, OJO is not breaking any laws.
We do however wish you the best.——————————————————————————–
So in their own words they clearly accept UK players and from their own terms and conditions they clearly permit the use of VPNs
They are just trying to fuck with me. Like I said, first barrier was KYC. I passed. Then they started looking for reasons to deny my withdrawal. They stole from me and defrauded me, simple as that

huge shill for casinosThat tells people with wins to withdraw and don’t give it back.
I can prove I wasn’t using a VPN using my banking transactions and my ISP logs. PlayOjo are lying,Do it then? Surely that’s the way forward?
Bob is a huge casino shill, he sides with the casino, wtf Bob? What are you even doing here?🤣🤣🤣
PS: BOB – all your streamer friends using fake casino money like Chip, can git ta fuck, just like you ya sad little snotball. Vote the casino steals my money. Yea good one. Wait until they steal YOUR money and see how much sympathy you get, you shill fuckSad and pathetic. Carry on with your salty tears.
Listen, if you genuinely won, didn’t break terms and haven’t used a VPN, I wish you well in winning against the casinos, they can be ubercunts sometimes.
I just don’t buy it judged on your previous comments, but I don’t know.
24th June 2021 at 4:27 pm #109355Also even if it was true that a VPN was used to create my account in 2017, how does playojo be so sure that was me? The account wasn’t verified. If you’ve ever dealt with Ojo, you will understand you don’t exist until you verify and they will not pay out or deal with you in any official capacity until you are verified. But suddenly an IP log is enough to prove my identity to 100% satisfaction? Sure, seems legit
Well in 2017 I wasn’t verified (or using a VPN). And note again using VPNs is not against the terms and conditions. SUPPORT BLATANTLY LIE TO ME and tell me different stories. Fraud, scam, liar, cheat, thieving cunt casino
24th June 2021 at 4:29 pm #109356Can we ban this prick @xbobmad? He’s clearly trolling people on purpose and I do not require his salty stains and horrible attitude in my thread trying to get help, when I’m already pissed of. Be gone, scumbagbob, you sad little shill

If everything you say is genuine then trigger the complaints procedure, complain as far as the gambling commission if needs be.
If you can cope with casinomeister, they might be your best bet, they have a player arbitration service afaik? Might be worth a shot.
24th June 2021 at 4:42 pm #109358Fuck off @xbobmad you don’t care about me or anybody other than yourself. Go start a blog and spew your bile where I don’t have to see it
FYI I followed the procedure and opened a complaint with eCOGRA a few days ago. I have to wait 2 weeks for eCOGRA before I can go to the UKGC or Maltese Gambling Authority in an official capacity
You think I would be going so nuts if I hadn’t been totally fucked over? Go and read the reviews for playojo.com and playojo.co.uk on trustpilot
https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/playojo.com
https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/ojo.co.uk
Page after page of UK players complaining the casino won’t pay them out for trivial reasons. They are an organised crime group who make more money from fraud than running their casino
Another question arises from this – do casinos not fuck with the RTP of games when denying withdrawals? The slots don’t know if withdrawals are successful, they just know they paid out. So for every single instance of a blocked withdrawal, that has reduced the RTP of the slots. Thus the RTP figures of slots are erroneously high, as RETURN to PLAYER only counts when the player gets their money. Given how often this happens are the RTP of slots reduced by like 5% for everybody, due to the fraud of casinos like Ojo? Probably
