Tried to help. Fuck off you self-righteous twat. You were trying to cause a scene, cause noise, and make yourself the centre of attention. Don’t believe a word of what I’m saying? I copy in responses from 2 ojo managers saying the OPPOSITE thing (one says they do accept UK players, the other insists they do not accept UK player), and you don’t believe me? LOL, fuck off shill. Somebody ban this shill, please, this is not a real person. Playojo staff

I’ve been a member at PlayOjo since 2017, never verified until recently, never any withdrawals lol

That changed last week when I deposited £100 on my old account, ran it up to £1500, then tried to withdraw £1000. That’s when the problems started. First PlayOjo requested the whole KYC thing. That was annoying but I completed KYC and had my documents approved. Great. Just waiting for that withdrawal to hit my bank account

I check my withdrawal history on PlayOjo and to my shock, I see that my balance is £0 and I have been credited £100 withdrawal. Wow, OK, I contact support to ask what’s up

Support, including 2 different managers – Natanya and Zoe – then told me they were blocking my withdrawal because I had used a VPN to login, deposit and play, which they claimed was against the T&C. I read the T&C carefully and it says nothing about VPNs so they told me a blatant lie. Regardless, I can prove that I did not use a VPN as my bank doesn’t allow transactions over VPNs, nor was I using a Netherlands VPN (what they accused me of). I was not using a VPN to play and I can prove this

Next they claimed I was then self-excluded, so couldn’t login or play. I have NO RECORD OF DOING THIS, no emails, nor can they show me any confirmation emails of this. Further, I was able to login to my account, deposit and play with no problems. This was an account from 2017, not a new account

This is Play Ojo so I wasn’t using any deposit bonuses or bonuses of any kind

I deposited £100, played some Bonanza, Millionaire and Pop (BTG), tried to withdraw £1000, and was refused for being a UK player. The fact they have currency in GBP and say they are regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, plus clearly welcome UK players in their official website:

OJO’s No-Nonsense Online Casino Payment Methods Guide: Everything You Need to Know

    <iframe class=”wp-embedded-content” style=”position: absolute; clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px);” title=”“OJO’s No-Nonsense Online Casino Payment Methods Guide: Everything You Need to Know” — PlayOJO Online Casino” src=”https://www.playojo.com/blog/casino-payments-guide/embed/#?secret=VBYEqN6kmp&#8221; width=”600″ height=”338″ frameborder=”0″ marginwidth=”0″ marginheight=”0″ scrolling=”no” sandbox=”allow-scripts” data-secret=”VBYEqN6kmp”></iframe>

And their staff, 2 days ago, confirmed they accept UK players here:

    https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/playojo.com

“OJO is sorry to hear that you feel this way about the various checks we carry out as a fully licensed casino. Rest assured that as a UK regulated casino, OJO abides by all laws and regulations, ensuring a trusted and fair gaming experience for all OJOers. By no means do we intend to be intrusive or invasive in any way but we are required to verify your details in line with the requirements requested by our regulator. This is to ensure that the source of the funds used to play with are legitimate.
We completely that this process may be slightly tedious, however, it is a clear licensing requirement from the Gambling Commission of Great Britain. We can assure you that all UK licensed and regulated casinos require such information from customers, and it is likely that these operators will also request this information from members when their play reaches certain levels.”

Clearly a UK casino, licensed in the UK, but refuse to pay me out because I am a UK player? What sorcery is this? I’m usually not one for publishing private messages but this is their email to me today:

<span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>“our Terms and Conditions state that players from the United Kingdom are not permitted to play on our site.”</span>

These are blatant lies, over and over, and they stole my money. Can anybody here help me? At the least let this serve as a warning to never go to playojo or any skillonnet casinos as they will try to steal your money in every way possible

I play on Ojo sometimes never had a problem

the best option for u is this ppl

I suggest going to the complaints method through the gambling commission like gameroom suggested. Im closing this thread now as the best answer is in gamerooms post.

Any creation of a thread to carry on the argument just for the sake of it will be deleted.

We should be just trying to be friendly with each other. Not everyone will get along but this forum is not the place for any keyboard wars.

    Regards,
