Ive made a 50€ Skrill deposit yesterday at Playamo with this deposit i won a little over 2k, played it down to 1200€ and cashed out.
However my acc wasnt verified so they asked for documents… wich i gave them. By the time my withdrawal was pending and the documents still needed time to bee approved i took a 50 freespins bonus wich resulted in a 23,16 win.
I completed the wager and lost the winnings from the bonus.
A few hours later i got the message that my acc has been verified now, i thought fine now they can send me my money.
Shortly after the confirmation i received a mail that i only can withdraw 50€ because my winnings where a result from “Bonus freespins” and the max ammount to withdraw is 50€.
Now my acc balance is 50€ the 1200€ are gone …..
