the chat rep said max bet £25, you said you bet £350 so there is your answer. the account has been closed for breaking the bonus rules and the money will have been voided. i see this a lot on the forums ect where people dont read the rules then win big then complain when they void the money. as a player you must go through the terms with a magnifying glass 3 times to completely understand what they are saying. i will not deposit 1 pence unless i have read every single term. i have never ever lost any funds due to breaching terms. i hit a 5,000x full screen on book of dead few weeks ago when playing with a bonus but i knew i was ok as i knew the rules, cancelled the bonus and got my money 2 days later. you MUST check the terms before you play as they will let you wager it then boom, term breached, money gone.
