26th December 2018 at 1:50 pm #31595I briefly played at PlayOjo some point earlier in the year and gave up because withdrawals took forever and their customer support was awful. You will get your money eventually, though.
26th December 2018 at 6:54 pm #31636Through my experience withdrawals with OJO (and I have had quite a few), they normally take between 2-3 days, never has it ever been processed in 11 hours. I have had the same responses as you before also when looking for info on withdrawals.
That being said I do enjoy the casino, it is just the fact that you can only have one withdrawal listed at any one time and the damn wait for it!
26th December 2018 at 10:55 pm #31663Yea, that’s pretty crap but I guess with the season of goodwill, the holidays, lack of staff maybe and the sheer amount of customers who may be playing, it could be next year before I get some pennies to play with again. Pity I had to self exclude to stop me from being tempted to cancel it. I did test it and found I can’t now play with that balance when reversed and I can’t even do their free bonus either lol
a tiny bit miffed but feck it, thanks for the replies guys….. gotta love that simple avoided question though.
