    Hi Guys

What is going on with Pokerstars Customer Service….

Its been 33 days since they temporarily restricted my deposit limit, i sent in the docs and completed their questionnaire, they have yet to respond. I have chased and chased and chased, nothing from them

How are they allowed to get away with such shocking levels of service, i see other ppl are having similar issues.

Is there anything we can do?

Do they have live chat? That would be your first point of contact about it.

I’ve not really had any dealings with them, if I remember rightly I opened an account and then excluded it.

I’ve just had the same with whitehat gaming.although these guys would let me deposit but wouldn’t let me play!came up with a notice saying “your account is currently under review”they did this on all whitehat gaming sites.after 3 weeks of me emailing them asking what is happening I heard absolutely nothing…live chat just said “your account is under review and there is no specific time for it to be dealt with”…been with them guys for years…I just ended up closing all my whitehat gaming accounts.you would think they would get these things sorted asap but it seems as if they are just not bothered.

I had this ages ago when I wanted to play poker again. They’d decided to lock my account and request tons of stuff during my ‘time off’. Sent it all in and AGEEESSS later lol when I’d almost forgotten about them and given up I got an email saying I was verified.

Compared to the <1 minutes wait for documents to be checked on Video Slots it’s a bit ridiculous. PokerStars just isn’t the same business it was during the poker boom – it’s a ‘cash cow’ business now that the new owners seem to be trying to turn into a casino on all fronts (all the new high variance, high rake games like spins) while at the same time slashing costs.
