Hi Guys
HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!
looking for some opinions on this bonus term.
I have recently played at a website I have always avoided like the plague due to its reputation, but I thought I would do a small deposit as the welcome offer was quite good.
I managed to hit Cold Mode on Happy Holidays, and it paid something like 900x, so beating the wagering requirement became a breeze
Once completed wagering, I then played a bit of Blackjack/Roulette and got my balance up to a nice Withdrawal/ Profit.
I always check the bonus terms for restricted games, max bet etc, and <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>I’m 100% a never played any restricted game whilst wagering or bet above the max stake</span>
<span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>I did however makes larger bets, once the wagering was completed and my winnings was converted into real money.</span>
Now I am waiting for my withdrawal to process, I’ve just re-read one of the bonus terms and its got me scared.
This is the bonus term;
‘Unless prior agreement is made between the player and the casino, in the case that bonus bets are higher than the maximum acceptable amount, the casino reserves the right to invalidate all bonus bets for the bonus in question and thus any winnings derived from the bonus. Should the bonuses’ wagering requirements have been met and wagering continued using real money, winnings will still be invalidated as the winnings would have originated from the turnover of bonus funds.’
how do you guys interpret this term
My concern is that after completing wagering, I went onto do a big bets of roulette, above the max bet when you have bonus funds.
Do you guys read this, as I have broken the terms?
I am a bit taken back by this term, as I’ve always assumed on any casino, <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>once your winnings are wagered</span>…you can do what you like with them & bet higher than the max stake
Any feedback greatly appreciated.

If it’s a genuine casino I can’t see there being a problem with the specific terms you’ve copy pasted.
2nd January 2021 at 2:53 pm #106165Why did you play on a webiste you avoid? That’s never going to end well, usless it’s only because you don’t like that certain casino and not due to it being dodgie. That being said, it does sound like what you think. But Not fair. Once you have converted bonus funds you should be able to bet what you like.
