Hi all,
I recently used my PayPal account for a number of deposits and subsequent withdrawals on my new BV account. Then one evening I go on a bit of a nose dive and can’t seem to hit a win or even a bonus. I ended up doing 6 x £100 deposits that evening and was only plying 80p / £1 stakes. Fortunately my luck started to change and I started to hit a few bonuses and then at last I got a £1200 bonus on Book of Dead on a £1 stake! I was thrilled and continued playing until my account had around £1800 in it. Inevitably the luck stopped and I decided to withdraw £800 back to PayPal and play the rest another day. The next morning I get an email from BV stating that I can no longer used my PayPal account for deposits or withdrawals because it’s a business account. They did however agree to pay the £800 as a one off and it arrived in PayPal the following day. Over the next week or so my balance was up and down and I decided if it got down to £500 that I would just withdraw and move onto somewhere else. I tried to withdraw to My credit card and it seemed to go through ok but then when I logged on to my credit card account the payments had not been made. My account balance showed at 0 on the BV site so I contacted their customer service team. They are basically saying that I can only withdraw to a UK bank account in my name now. No credit cards, no Skrill etc just a UK bank ac. Now I do have a uk bank ac but it’s in a joint name and I personally don’t want gambling transactions to be showing on the statement. Many conversations with BV customer services later and they can not provide any solutiOn other than pay to a UK bank account in my name.
Has as anyone had any similar issues or can think of a way around it? BV claim that it’s due to European legislation but if that was the case they wouldn’t have been able to pay the original £800 to PayPal or take deposits from them surely?
21st January 2019 at 5:31 pm #41246Tbh mate, i have never had any dealing with depositing via paypal, i would have thought they would have to send it all back to its original deposit method as that is quite a strict rule all these casinos usually have.
21st January 2019 at 7:10 pm #41288That doesn’t sound like they are being fair at all. Usually, you always have the option of refunding back to the deposit method.

So so here’s an update for anyone who is interested. After many “chats” to the BV customer services team their reply was always the same. “ we can not pay it to your PayPal account.. we NEED your bank account details!”
I was abkut bout to go and open up a bank account just so I could get hold of “my” money. Then one morning I checked my PayPal account and low and behold there was a payment from BV for the whole £500. I was totally gob smacked to be honest. I then went to log into my BV account with a view to talking to their customer services but alas it will not let me log in anymore!
