Yeah i had nothing but problems while trying to move money around so i just stopped using them. I would suggest phoning them up, you can sometime be on the line for 1h+ so do it when you have plenty time. 180 days isnt acceptable to be keeping that sort of money. In my experience they are normally very helpful when you phone but it did take about a week in total so a wouldnt expect it to be fixed soon as you call. Good luck
