Has anyone had problems with Videoslots?
been with the casino for little over a year, made around £1200 in deposits over that period with no withdrawals. Was asked to do verification with in itself is no problem, or so I thought.
Driving licence, Bank statement, current Bank card all sailed through, however, I cannot complete verification unless I show a photo of my old bank card. Explained that I lost the card and was issued a replacement bearing the same account details. This however was no good. They require a letter from my bank stating the card details and to who it belonged to, suffice to say Halifax just laughed.
thought this casino was the one, pissed off now account closed?

18th May 2020 at 7:45 pm #98532These casino verification requests are getting silly.
At least videoslots have been communicating with you. I am sure if you raise this with them again they should be able to offer you a solution? They have always been reasonable to deal with.
My account at pokerstars has had its playing privileges revoked since Friday morning with zero communication since then, just a pop up stating that my account is subject to a routine security investigation. And after digging a little bit some people have been waiting over a month just to get an email reply from them.
Thinking it might just be easier to stand next to a drain on a windy day and throw my money at it and see if it goes in than giving these gambling company’s any more of my money as even if you are fortunate enough to turn a profit you dont know if they will try to stiff you with some form of regulation breach.

DM them on twitter. I had issues with deposits and withdrawals and I did it on there and they got back within 2 hours.

19th May 2020 at 4:51 pm #98584I created a twitter account but it seems that Pokerstars are about 3 weeks behind on all customer problems. It is an absolute shambles.
I have had my fair share of problems with casinos and verification in the past but Pokerstars are top of the list of shit customer service.
They just flat out ignore all emails and communication, not even a generic email stating what they are doing or what they need from you or even letting you know that they are behind!
Just avoid them, they have gone right down hill over the years. And its a wonder they even have any players left at all.
