had similar crap happen to me, usually its just a loss, but last year in vegas I was trying to play 0.50 a spin but didnt realize it was set to 3.5 a spin, was the scarab game where you have to commit to 10 spins for the final wild spin, well it went nuts and I was up $350 by accident
