Been waiting for my withdrawal from Red Casino now since Thursday Nov 30th. It’s still pending even though they state 48 hours on withdrawals (not counting weekends, naturally) – been to their online chat around 4 times now and keep getting the run around. Just to add insult to things it was my first deposit and I didn’t get my 100% bonus match, even though I played well though my initial £20 deposit, but then after playing from £110 down to £87 decided to request £45 back – (there’s a 92p fee attached to requesting a withdrawal by the way, as well as 62p to deposit) – I was told due to requesting a withdrawal I lost my 100% bonus match – guess I was expected to play though the entire £110 and go broke before they gave me my £20 bonus. I also lost out my 25 free spins but in fairness I should have paid more attention on that one when I signed up as you only get 24 hours and the name of the slot is then not easy to find anywhere, even though it’s quite a common one. So here we are, 5 days later, withdrawal still pending, and all I’m getting are repeated text messages to deposit for 50% bonus. These guys appear to be a part of Atlantic Spins from what I can tell. On the plus side they only got £20 out of me and I’m not sure the £45 is worth the hassle, much as I hate giving them anything. Anyone actually do ok with this casino?
