I must admit I only joined redbet for the bandit, but when I won the grand on 300shields 2 weeks ago. It was my first withdraw and was a bit worried. I won it on a Saturday so hoped it would be in my bank on the Friday. It was in my bank Tuesday morning?. That was great. So I can only say good things about redbet at present.

Usually they are pretty fast tbh, i think there will always be an exception to the rule though, anywhere!

This is after weekly emails asking if im ok and friendly reminders that i need to keep up activity to remain a VIP. on a side note, i am VIP in a few places and get nothing at all like this from anywhere else.
20th July 2018 at 10:38 am #11711I have had similar emails from Redbet, the way i play it’s entirely possible that a week goes by when i haven’t played at a particular site and that is usually when i get the “are you ok” email, its a fine line really, yes they are letting you know about your VIP status and that it may expire but they could probably do it in a better way, they say they aren’t encouraging you to play but what else is that trying to say.
What do you get from the VIP loyalty reward scheme as they call it? I only get something if i do my balls in, usually 10% of my loss i think it is so it’s not the most attractive thing in the world to begin with for me.

Yes im the same, some months i could deposit £4k some months nothing, sometimes taking a bonus elsewhere or simply not playing as i work away etc.
As for VIP i currently get 10% lossback, which as you say is only really worth it if you do it in as well as a weekly 50% bonus (pretty much available everywhere) and 5-30 free spins worth £1 each on a sunday (its a wheel usually get 10) so as far as VIP its nothing special really but just a nice little added extra
Its the weekly reminders and then almost an ultimatum email that has really annoyed me from what is usually a quite helpful and pleasant casino (which i guess they all are when you are spending there)
