I have had similar happen, the money was taken but the transaction didnt show until afew days later. Was the money not taken at all would be a bit strange. Never used the casino so cant comment on what they are like
No it’s been a week . In my account history at the casino it shows there and the withdrawal was accepted but that should have gone in by now so not hopeful .
Ok it’s my fault . Have been a dick. My card registered is my credit card not my bank card . So will check my credit card statement . All I did was put the 3 digit code on back off card which is from my bank card . So fuck knows how it got accepted because I just put the one from my bank card in .

hope its all sorted haz what happend to me a few years back was i was playing at video slots and hit 2 bonuses one after the other payed about 400 between them both went for a bath and came back logged in and the balance from them wins wasn’t there contacted customer service they had no record of me playing the slot think it was amazon queen what happend was for some reason my account logged me out so i played the free play the reason i didn’t clock on was the free play balance was the same as my current balance so every time i played there after i was double checking i was still logged in took the fun out of it
