So, my opinion on this thread has changed from good, to bad, to inbetween and back and forth a few times but, I came to my senses on it not being the best idea at all after reading one of today’s new topics of the person losing everything they had by trying to top that ladder….
I’ve seen a few people here post pics of them succeeding in reaching the top, and if this thread makes people go try it, well, not everyone takes the warning “don’t try this yourself folks” seriously anymore if the person who says it keeps posting pictures of him topping that ladder, and digging himself out of holes 98 % of the time. I for one will stay far away from it, but some individuals with less experience in gambling and life will be more gullible, and this thread can make that type of person believe it’s nearly impossible to lose if you play the required way.
I’m not judging you, Bandit, on the way you play whatsoever. I used to read this thread as an experiment, to see how far it could go, and because it is , for me at least, unrelated to your normal play. But I think it’s reaching proportions where it will guaranteed put the wrong ideas in the lesser strong willed people’s heads.
You preach responsible gambling, but you well know this thread is far away from that. Everyone who spurred you on in this thread, me included cause I’m no better than the rest, should think long and hard before they post ” GO BANDIT” again cause with every one of those and every top you post the chances of someone starting to believe it could happen to them will increase, with probably disastrous results.
I love this forum so hopefully expressing my worries, for the little guy going bankrupt cause of believing they can achieve the same as the person they look up to, will not get me kicked out. But if it does, I can live with that cause if you see the light ( took me a while tbh ) you might as well share.
I will , however, no longer take part in this particular thread.
Once again, I’m no better than anyone else ok, I spurred the Bandit on as well but I came to my senses and felt I had to share my feelings.
32nd February 2019 at 1:59 pm #45692But Bandit has always said he knows its not responsible for the average gambler? he’s tried to explain that what he does is because he can essentially afford to do it and he can afford the losses, he’s playing within his limits.
You cannot blame the bandit if someone stupidly goes out and tries to top this ladder with his wages mate, that’s not what Bandit does is it? he’s always banging his head against a wall in trying to tell people “play within your limits” ffs, I got that part of his message straightaway and I’m not the brightest spark lol. If people are putting asll their savings into these accounts and spunking it all trying to replicate someone they’ve seen online then that’s on them not the one’s they’ve seen doing it. Its regrettable but its on them sorry, to many people are quick to point fingers and that’s what boils my piss sometimes.
I’ve played this Reel King ladder once or twice, it bores me and gives me no kicks. I play slots on 25/50p spins with £100 deposits once or twice a month because that’s all I can afford to lose, that’s my fun play cash and that’s it.
2nd February 2019 at 2:05 pm #45694I think Bandit is doing the right thing in jacking in documenting it tbh
I’ve listened to him mulitple times on his vids try to explain responsible gambling, responsible gambling starts with the individual and ends with the individual, its what you as a gambler can afford to lose, bandit can’t play how we play because what’s the point? 25-50p spins are a total waste of time to him, he’s well passed those micro stakes isn’t he.
Its about building a balance to play with
2nd February 2019 at 2:09 pm #45697Epic thread. Chuffed for you pal. To those saying it isn’t responsible etc, Remember, peoples limits differ. You might have £50 as all you can lose, The Bandit is in a position where he has such sums to play with, it seems as though the haters are jealous of his position.
Anyway. Thankyou for sharing the story with us over the last month, highs and lows, it’s been an epic rollercoaster!
2nd February 2019 at 2:13 pm #45698The thing to understand is that the bandit is in a bit of a no win situation with this.
If he doesn’t post his updates on reel king, people ask all the time to see the results or call bullshit on the wins
If he posts them, people still call bull shit and say he is being irresponsible
It’s not Steve’s fault if I go and drop 50k on reel king later. Whether or not this thread encourages people to gamble, it is still down to the individual to deposit funds and click that button.
At the end of the day it’s a gambling forum. Yes other things are discussed. Next one will be on the epicness of paint and the mega money it can pay. ??
12nd February 2019 at 2:16 pm #45701yea I don’t think it’s the bandits fault at all.. he lost 107k before bringing it back, if he only had 100k then it would all be gone. he regularly states he gambles within his means which is the golden rule. if someone copies him without that in mind and loses everything then that’s the individual unfortunately.. I like watching base jumpers and hear them talk about the thrill but am i fuck jumping off a building anytime soon lol
12nd February 2019 at 2:23 pm #45704No one knows when someone takes a drug, drinks their first drink or puts on their first bet if they are going to be addicted or not. Lifes not that simple. The industry is attempting to promote responsible gambling and as a rule the bandit does, However, this whole reel king thing has not been responsible gambling. If he wants to gamble in this way keep it private and don’t give us all the ‘gambling cliches that we have read throughout the thread of self justification. There are new to gambling who will have been influenced by his actions and that’s a consequence he will have to live with.
2nd February 2019 at 2:29 pm #45707The thing is everyone has different lives and ultimately different monetary issues
Someone might live alone and have a national minimum wage job, but because he’s alone he wont have to look out for kids and wife/girlfriend etc, so once he’s took care of his rent and electric he might just decide fuck it and blow the rest on the slots, he can do that because he’s alone and its perfectly fine for him to do that. when it comes to food he might just use a mates house, his parents house etc.
Not everyone is going to have that luxury above ^ people need to make sure everything is taken care off before “blowing money”.

That’s fucking stupid mate.. do you think that about everything you watch which isn’t wise to copy?
bitcoin millionaires for example? should they feel guilty for all the people who lost their investments for telling the truth about their wealth ?
or the jackass boys like Steve o, made a fortune doing dangerous stunts and talking about reckless drug taking, should he feel guilty if some retard sniffs a party line and breaks their neck trying to do a backflip? we’re all adults here and if your so influenced by a thread that you do your bollocks in trying to copy then the internet probably ain’t the place for you.. i
12nd February 2019 at 2:35 pm #45710I literally said “I’m not judging you, Bandit, on the way you play whatsoever”
Yet still replies are like ” I don’t think it’s the bandits fault at all ” ….
I mean wtf ?
I’m not a native English speaker so maybe that’s the problem idk 😛
I love the Bandit, great to see him win, so it wasn’t about that at all.
Just the potential danger in this one thread that’s all.
Anyway, Peachy out , will shutup now ?
2nd February 2019 at 2:36 pm #45711Obviously it’s not Bandit’s fault if people copy him. We are all adults, he’s not saying do what I do and you’ll be rich…he goes out of his way to bore me to death with long winded warnings – do me a favour bandit! “your results may vary to mine, if you even once gamble a penny you can’t afford to lose then use gamstop and ban yourself” I get why you do it but jesus! Lol.
The guy who mentioned the base jumpers is on the money I’ve enjoyed watching this ride and congrats on getting out alive haha but I wouldn’t do it myself, to expand the analogy – without the proper kit (a decent parachute to name one) you’d be silly to try base jumping. Without money YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE, you are being silly gambling.
Look, most of us have deposited money in the past thinking all I won it so its OK to use it to win the bit I’ve already lost and I’m sure we’ve all got low on our balance and won it back. That’s a crazy rush you get when you make it back to even.
I don’t judge what others do with their Money, it’s theirs and not mine. I’d never do what the Bandit’s been doing, even if I had the money available to do it but shiiiiiiiiiiit it’s been fun reading about it. Likewise I wouldn’t watch someone driving a car extremely fast through winding back roads and then go out and try it myself..
We are adults. Take responsibility for yourself and if you can’t, for God’s sake ban yourself from gambling. You guys are blessed that such things as gamban etc exist these days. Use them and stop moaning.
2nd February 2019 at 3:07 pm #45718Seriously enjoyed the treads and videos of your game play on this game. Thank you Mr Bandit and enjoy the darts and ICE. 🙂
2nd February 2019 at 3:22 pm #45721He’s said all along he will gamble the way he wants to gamble. The stakes, the games, the ladders. Why would anyone suggest he’s not responsibly gambling when it’s his choice. His money don’t forget. Nobody tells us how to play. How much to deposit and so on. I’m sure everyone has deposited more than intended at some point. He doesn’t have to share his experiences with us and now thanks to a select few the thread will be probably closed at some point. Andy and eight black your 100% right and I agree completely with your posts. He is in a no win situation. Your dammed if you do and dammed if you don’t. He clearly didn’t intend to deposit £107k at the beginning of the session but things like this can happen and if I’m completely honest what has been shown on the game would actually put me off playing it.
112nd February 2019 at 3:32 pm #45724Same as you Haz mate, put me off this game completely.
Could I afford to play at these stakes – in all honesty yes I could
Do I want to – not a fucking chance
What do I think of the whole thing? Fucking made up he’s took a big chunk from the casino. Hope no one does their bollocks in
22nd February 2019 at 3:47 pm #45727thanks haz mate i agree with you too hes in a complete no win
I think most of us understand the situation with this game and with watching gambling in general, it just seems like a few people seem to think they’re wise and can read the minds of thousands of members lol I’d be insulted if someone thought I was so easily influenced that I’d blindly drain my bank account just because I read someone’s winning story online. I give backinamo members more credit than that.
And the people telling bandit to start gambling privately.. fuck off, this is a gambling forum if you don’t want to read gambling stories go on Facebook and read about how much snow your mates have had.
