Tbh I’ve got more respect for you now Bandit because you are at least giving us responses back and not just hitting the block button ?

We will debate this for eternity but as long we are all healthy and have our sanity that’s all that matters ?

I’m all for healthy debate, it is what the forum is about really – there are always going to be people with differing opinions and providing they are put across in the right way then it is all fine, the block button is only really for spammers or people that feel the need to abuse others needlessly, even they will get a warning first tbh.

When your posts go for moderation, don’t think that is down to who is posting, it is for everyone at the beginning and is something in place to stop the Chinese spam attacks that were happening a lot, one morning there was 2000+ spam posts which now isn’t possible, we just have the slight inconvenience of having to wait sometimes for posts to appear.

So I have been following the bandit since he started and I have noticed that over the past year or so he has done extremely well, And feel free to correct me if I am wrong but the large majority of his winnings and getting to a sustainable level in gambling has been down to one game Reel King.

On nearly all his videos he is topping this slot and making consistent profit. Now I have a few questions which The Bandit will probably address personally in his year end P&L video.

But some open questions to you all and to the Bandit himself.

1: If Reel king never existed where would the Bandit be come year end in terms of gambling profit or even more probable loss? ( not including his sign up money from fans)

2: The direction of the videos – The videos usually start off sensible then end up going into a reel king segment- Would the bandit find another sustainable go-to slot as reliable as Reel king? I know the Swarm has featured heavily but I have not noticed any further slots that regularly pay out.

3: Has anyone else tried the Reel king deep pocket strat? and if so what were the results?

4: Do subscriber levels and general interest in the bandits videos increase with the level of bet increased? Is there an advantage to playing this way in terms of sign ups at sites etc?

5: Have Novomatic/Greentube taken stock of the way The Bandit plays this slot and potentially change the way it operates in the future.

Cheers guys, will be interesting to see responses.

Can only really answer 3, 4 and 5.

    3. No, unless you have a decent stash behind you, you can’t do it. As Bandit said before, he is in a unique position where he is in the position to do so with hits in previous games.

    4. I can only speak for myself, but the bet level doesn’t bother me. It’s all about the buzz, and enjoyment you get from it. The Bandit adds quality entertainment to it, so it’s never a dull moment.

    5. No, whilst it is possible it could happen, I don’t think they would do it.

I cant stress this enough – sites cant let someone win. Sites CANT CONTROL THE GAMES.

A game provider makes money how do you think? Answer – They get a % of losses. Novomatic is worth billions. Each game goes on to a verified game server. Each round is tracked. You cannot possibly do this.

This being looked after and they get their money back because it draws people in to gamble etc.

If that’s the case, then surely it would be a no brainer for them to tip off Bandit to play £100 spins, let him hit the top and make an absolute fortune, thus attracting many, many more people to give it a go.

It’s all a bit tin foil hat for me tbh – Dave has hit the top on Reel King a few times, on his own accounts, on casinos i’ve never used – sometimes he fannies out at 1 away or 2 away and then he obviously doesn’t get there. I’m happy to say i could hit the top on Reel King on anyones account, it’s all down to the style of play for me – i don’t believe it is even possible to load a top in for me, the casinos are simply a platform so unless Novomatic are loading them in for me, then i’d have to stick with my own opinions – like i have previously said though, everyone has their own view. I’d say there has been footage released of approximately 20% of my Reel King tops, i’m not sure what there is to gain by “loading me a top in” when i am just having a random sesh, these casinos don’t want anyone to win, not even me, especially not when i’m privately playing.

After seeing your wins on his thread and on the one sometimes I just can’t sleep I thought I’d try reel king myself. I joined the site casumo and tried on there. Deposited £200 and got the £200 match bonus though the wagering requirement seems astronomical so not sure that’s of any use but anyway I thought I’d give it a go at 20p stakes and after a while like maybe 30-40 attempts on the gamble ladder I did get to a top it was over £100 something like £102 or something. After that it wouldn’t go past half way. In the end I stopped down £100 after 1,000 odd spins. So right now I have £150 real money and £150 bonus balance. I am going to try again later. My only real questions are firstly do you think it matters about the site you use, which I think you’ve already answered because you said that casinos are just a platform so I’m guessing it’s down to the machine owner what payouts it gives, namely novomatic. So in that case my other question is you said it’s all about down to ‘style of play’, what do you mean by that? Do you mean the changing of the stakes and stuff like that? Because that’s the only thing really in the players control. Other than when to press gamble, are you saying it’s an actual timing thing when you’re on the ladder? I notice you often up your stakes more and more while playing but common sense would tell me it would be less and less likely to hit top the more you up stakes because then it’s paying out more and more relative to the total amount staked in the session.  Just wondering your thoughts on what you think gives you an edge, or is it just random luck. Thanks.

Nah it doesn’t matter where you play it imo, by style of play i mean literally gambling every single win, people just don’t really do the same. I up stakes when i can’t profit from the average top of the stake i am on, just again my playing style – it really isn’t something you should try and copy as i said a few times in the thread you reference – you hit the top you mentioned, were you not happy at that point or were you down still, most of the time after a top i change stakes, sometimes i don’t though.

I’ve never really said i have an edge – it isn’t something you can claim because then the world and his dog will go try it and then moan when it doesn’t do it for everyone and clearly, it isn’t going to be able to do it for everyone or the game wouldn’t work would it lol

The truth is none of us know how it works, we don’t know if upping the stakes means less chance, don’t know how the gamble fills, don’t know how the RTP is distributed, don’t know whether it will hit the top but my experience is that i just keep going until it does but that is just me really.
