Replacing the Buzz with what?

    We all know the “Buzz” we get from Gambling and we love it.

    And im missing it like crazy!

    I’ve not gambled for over 2 months now i think “Cold Turkey”

    And im curious to know what you guys and gals think could replace the Buzz i got from Gambling.

    its just the Buzz i want, not the filling time bit haha

    For me it’s boxing. I know that might seem a bit weird, but it is honestly such a buzz. Seeing yourself progress, doing some sparring, really gets the adrenaline going! And keeps you incredibly fit in the process. Combat sports are great for your health (with the exception of injury and long-term head trauma of course…).

    Yeah boxing sounds like a cracking idea 🙂

    And yeah the fitness thing could do me great too. My belly aint doing me any favours right now :'(

    I’ve found video games or mobile games help a lot especially when you get like a rank or something you start getting a little buzz when you go up a level or overtake one of your mates

    I’m not a proper gamer or anything but it does keep your mind busy and is far cheaper lol

    Video Games are a good shout, grab an old 3DS on the cheap with a couple of games and when you get the itch have a quick blast on that. NES Remix is a bunch of classic levels from old Nintendo games but they have global weekly time leaderboards so there’s a good bit of competition to get the decent times!
