Right folks,
As i said in the last couple of videos, i am going to write a post detailing what, in my opinion, are the good, the bad and the ugly points of my Crypto journey so far.
So, from the very beginning then, as someone who has never dabbled in anything Crypto before, the absolute ballache of the set up. Hated every minute of it, had to find a “Crypto wallet” to use and get used to to start off with, this turned out for me to be a place called Crypto.com – recommended to me by a couple of people who have used it themselves. Fairly straightforward to download but seemingly only a n app on your phone which made it slightly more difficult to send money from the wallet to the casino as i always had to do that on my phone. After a number of deposits and withdrawals this place wanted to know shit, they wanted proof of bank statements, they wanted to know how much i would be sending in and out (how the fuck would i know that with it all being gambling based…. could literally be anything!) Once i had added BC to the wallet and stored them it became easier but they stopped me depositing or receiving funds for a 10 day period while they looked at all the shit they made me send them.
Very recently they complicated things further by introducing some weird travel details thing where i had to know what type of wallet i was sending to and in which country that wallet was based, that was needed for both deposits and withdrawals, with withdrawals being held by crypto.com until i realised i had a notification and needed to act upon it.
The fees, jesus christ, the fees. I could withdraw my money from the casino to the wallet for no fee, that bit was fine. If i was depositing from the wallet to the casino though, a £4,200 deposit would arrive as fractionally over £4,000 so almost a £200 charge – somewhere in the region of 4.5% here is a pic of a few….
The most annoying and most expensive fee by far though, was the conversion of any withdrawal from the USDT coin i was using, in to GBP held in a “Fiat” wallet which came out around 8% – when i had those huge wins on MT4 – the fees to get that money finally in to my bank were pretty much £20,000 (Twenty Thousand Pounds) just in case anyone thinks i mistyped that figure! Yes i understand that i could have used a cheaper coin or something but i stuck with USDT as it is tethered to the US Dollar itself and represented the most stable coin to me, i didn’t want to be gambling before i started gambling if you know what i mean!
The next part of the set up was to find and download, pay for and install, a VPN. i went with Nord, it was one i had heard of and again it was fairly straightforward. I didn’t take up any of the offers, it cost me £12.49 i think per month in the end and did the job most of the time. I say most of the time because that leads me on to another annoying point…. every now and then, a country i had selected would just stop working, for example, i started with Ireland, soon enough the casino started telling me i was trying to access from a restricted country. I swapped to Croatia. That worked for a similar amount of time and then again, stopped working. Next up for me was Moldova and with that one, only certain IP’s had problems so i was forever having to refresh it to find a different one that worked and then finally i moved on to Georgia where currently there hasn’t been a problem but i am sure there soon will be! All a load of faff if you ask me. This is what my VPN looked like….
Another bad point for me is simply the terrible reputation any place Crypto seems to have with a select number of individuals. What people didn’t seem to be able to grasp was my sudden change in fortune in regards to achieving max wins on some games and achievements on games like Dead or Alive 2 (Wildline) that i’d tried to achieve for years but hang on a minute, is there any common sense in the world anymore? What could possibly be a reason for me actually managing some decent wins? Let’s take Mental as an example….. in the years that i have played this game in a normal way, i have NEVER once landed the super bonus from the start, that being the 3 scatters plus the 2 spiders, i have literally NEVER had it. I managed ONE time to upgrade to it inside a normal bonus when they both landed for me, that was my 1 and only shot at a max win on the game. Now take this place, i can BUY the super bonus, as many times as i want, i played the game for hours and hours on end buying literally THOUSANDS of super bonuses….. are some of you really unable to see how there might be a significant increased chance of achieving the win?!
Same with Dead or Alive 2 – every time i have tried to get a wild line, i have had to play the base game, land the actual bonus, watch it give me fuck all and then jog on…… now i could BUY the bonus as many times as i wanted to, of course i have a massively increased chance of hitting it, always melted my brain a bit that one.
Bonus buys themselves are a bit annoying aren’t they? I mean yes, huge wins are possible, they aren’t probable but when you are buying the bonuses in the volume that i do, you have a much higher chance of achieving something crazy BUT… from experience, i’d have to say, the massive majority of them struggle to get past the purchase cost don’t they? You are definitely relying on hitting some sort of madness at some point i think.
I think the final bad point for me would be the almost constant uncertainty – by that, i mean how in the back of your mind you are always thinking “i wonder if that balance will be there tomorrow” because its a weird one, Crypto has never been the most certain thing in the world has it, i’m not sure if that sort of thing bothered anyone else but whenever the site was down for maintenance or it didn’t let me log in for 15/20 minutes etc i always thought hmmmm, wonder if i will see that again, it just had to be the thing i have always said i guess, if you are gambling, then you deposit what you can afford to lose and then if its gone its gone, i just had to come to peace with that.
Right then, what were the positive points?
The speed of a session for me was a major plus, it was really nice to have everything back that we used to have, Turbo Spins, Autoplay, Bonus Buys – it was like rewinding a few years and videos were no longer taking me 6/7/8 hours, they were done, from a recording the content point of view, usually within two hours which i really enjoyed. Because of this i was able to make a lot more of them but that old adage of you can’t please everyone would pop up every now and then ha.
Bonuses – The bonus set up at this place was pretty impressive, so many things happening, Daily Recharge, Weekly Cashback, Monthly Cashback, random redemption codes from the host for achievements, Level up bonus for the VIP levels, wagering bonuses, you name it, there just always seemed to be something to claim, no matter how big or small, it all added up….. I am just going to post this part and then continue, just in case it decides to be a dick and doesn’t post!
8712th October 2023 at 10:56 am #132390Right, it posted fine…. here is a picture of my Bonus Dashboard –
As you can see, it was quite substantial and as i always said, i considered it to contribute to the deposit fees i was experiencing…. obviously it didn’t go anywhere near the wallet conversion fees back to GBP though!
It doesn’t seem like that many positives really does it but the whole speed thing and the games and having all the functions back pretty much covers a lot, i am sure i will think of other things but for now, i will leave it there, if you want to ask anything let me know and i will answer when i am about if i can do.
10812th October 2023 at 1:03 pm #132392Thanks Steve just glad to see content from you, all I’d ask is that u mention the people who love your videos and support you fully, the haters get too much of a mention in your videos lol, cheers good luck in Vegas mate hope you win big 💪👍
212th October 2023 at 1:23 pm #132393Loved the last video you did. I find that buying the bonuses can be ideal, like you say unless you have new games available it does get quite boring. I was hoping you would have done a reel king ladder or captain venture, to see the good old days. Really enjoyed the regular content and good luck in Vegas and happy birthday for when you get back and it’s my birthday on the Friday hope nothing goes wrong and my luck changes 🤣
212th October 2023 at 1:59 pm #132394Great content over the last few months, thanks for that Steve, been fun to watch. Few questions:
1) Are you likely to sign another deal with that casino for more videos going forward?
2) Can you show your net p&l at that casino to date (you’ve been open about that in the past on other casinos)?
3) Do you think you’ll do more videos like the last one going forward? I’m referring to a combo of bonus buys and spinning into bonuses on specific games where turbo spins means it doesn’t take an age to achieve?
112th October 2023 at 2:03 pm #132395I personally enjoyed the vids.
Do you think you ever would have started uploading again if you didn’t get crypto deal?
Thanks
12th October 2023 at 5:10 pm #132402Cheers for the info bandit, now shit all to do a six o’clock, you could have at least made a few weeks worth of videos for us ffs, how selfish can you be 😂, have a great time in Vegas, I’m sure you can get another deal from another casino no problem, love to see some old slot sessions once a week, like Montezuma and Rhino etc, thanks for watching SEE YA LATER 😂
112th October 2023 at 6:19 pm #132409Couple of questions if you don’t mind answering.
You clearly saw on your website that people were having problems withdrawing, problems with verification, so did you have any of those issues? I for one had a £1000 just taken because I couldn’t verify and yet you didn’t seem to have any issue with massive amounts, was that an agreement as part of your deal?
When you advertise casinos and have links on your website to said casinos, that go on to support your channel, do you take any responsibility for when that casino screws your followers over? Again, you must have seen the multiple people that had problems but you never once made any attempt to help them, so do you feel that that is something you should be doing when you recommend a casino? Personally I only signed up to this crypto casino because it’s on your casino tab and therefore I felt it was safe, I’m sure that’s what anybody would think.
12th October 2023 at 6:33 pm #132410Think Steve is doing exactly the right thing not mentioning where he is playing but stating that the info is available if you look for it.No way can he be obliged or expected to help if players hit problems, the world of crypto casinos is a whole new ball game, providing no protection or garrantees,we are all taking big risks playing at them including Steve,If you want protection, the UKGC will give you plenty of that in the UK
112th October 2023 at 6:51 pm #132411Just wondering if you know the daily wheelspin is now a level up spin and any locked bcd will be wiped soon so,the majority of the bcd bonus you have been getting wont happen as there will be no rakeback( bcd deposit bonuses were scrapped weeks ago, dont bother me at all but might be worth mentioning, Have a great time in Vegas

I don’t know the ins and outs of the deal he has had but I’d be amazed if any casino would negotiate a deal with any streamer where they would expressly not mention the site they are playing on, Just because the name isn’t directly mentioned on the video means nothing, telling people where they can find the info and even showing the tab on his website is the same thing and if you think it isn’t then you are incredibly naive.
I just feel that if a streamer is directing, sorry ‘not directing’ (nudge nudge wink wink), players to a casino then they have some duty of care to their followers. Even if they are not able to help directly then at least mention that problems are being had by some players at the casino, remove them from the casino tab and stop directing people to where they can find the casino. I don’t know, maybe it’s me being naive thinking that, just because it’s something I’d do maybe I shouldn’t expect others to do the same.
12th October 2023 at 7:31 pm #132413As much as I love the bandit.., I have to agree,.. reluctantly..! But I think one of his points in his post addressed that playing at crypto casinos is a risk!! Maybe he could’ve mentioned that earlier eh? 😂 FUCK THE BED!
12th October 2023 at 7:37 pm #132414thanks for the forthright insight into crypto. Being of a generation that does not understand it i found it helpful. KEEP THE VIDS COMING and good luck in Vegas !!!!!
112th October 2023 at 9:53 pm #132416Tiz a bit of an issue with streamers but without the income from casinos there would be no videos,No way does Steve push BC at us,no one forces us to watch his antics but they probably save me money as I get more fun watching him than gambling myself nowdays, at least his videos show the reality of gambling, good and bad,(the bad usually producing graphic comments about body parts)
13th October 2023 at 9:10 am #132417I enjoyed every vid you uploaded Steve. Was always a good watch no matter what format you played.
I’m glad you have stopped playing there I think it’s going to come crashing down soon and will be a headache you could do without.
My question is how is your young fella? You likely don’t want to discuss family but I’m just curious. I remember all the old times when you would brag about his accomplishments and milestones was Awsome.
Any way mate if you ever feel you need to get away come see us in Newzealand we would be happy to have you.
Cheers Steve appreciate it mate!!!
