Is there any way you could help me with a withdrawal mate. I have a crypto account I have the Cassio but stuck on how to get my payment address from the crypto wallet
9th August 2024 at 12:00 pm #142276Which site are you with? Normally sites have a deposit button. Select that, then choose crypto if that’s an option then select the crypto you want to use. It may then ask you which network. Avoid eth and btc if possible, fees will be high. Personally I deposit in USDT or SOL using sol network. I can then convert sol to gbp and withdraw.

To add, if you are in the UK I would open a Kraken account. Gbp deposit is free and withdrawals only cost a fiver I think. All other sites will only allow debit card withdrawals and fees can be insane (£20 to withdraw 500 and £100 to withdraw 2500!

24th August 2024 at 3:41 am #142563Hi Bandit
I’ve been an avid fan for years and have the upmost respect for yourself and your quality of content.
However I have an issue with 500 casino that I feel its extremely important to address.
I’ve been gambling on casinos fir decades and probably like yourself if you try a new casino you know from past experiences playing the same slots how they generally perform and roughly what to expect from them.
Therefore if you are not getting the same results that you’ve experienced for many years in trusted casinos then you begin to question the validity of that casino your trying out.
I’ve been playing on 500 casino for approx 6mth and my regular games such as legacy of dead are to me not playing the same as I get from other sites.
The last week I’ve played in the region of 1500 to 2000 spins on this game only to achieve the bonus twice and both paid out less than 50x.
Any experienced gambler on this forum will know that this is extremely rare for a slot like this to happen on.
The same has been for me on who wants to be a millionaire where I’ve had over 15 bonuses and only 2 have paid between 50 and 60x the others have been less than 10x!!!!!
I feel that this is a scenario I’m getting on many of its slots and wonder if anyone else on this forum have had similar experiences on this site..
I’m not casting aspersions on your own credibility but I am sure that if you were aware of this by gamblers other than myself on this forum it might want to make you address this and see if my concerns are justified.
I hope you read this and other patrons do as well and give me feedback .
Many thanks Bandit
Keep up the great work.
24th August 2024 at 12:22 pm #142567Game providers have different RTP options on their games that casinos can select from. Check the RTP of the games you mentioned on 500 and compare them against the RTP of the same games on your previous casinos. If RTP is the same…then it’s the same game. If different…then it’ll play different.

5th September 2024 at 9:48 am #142838Hi Steve,
Cheers for the videos mate much appreciated.
On the topic of changing the currency within the game, I don’t think this is possibly on many of the crypto sites. It also isn’t possible on the one I use. I can view my currency in my account in whatever currency I like but it seems that the default setting for the provider to the crypto sites is to remain in USD, almost rendering the ability to change your account currency to whatever you like, obsolete in more ways than one.
5th September 2024 at 9:49 am #142839A bit of advice for anyone using the crypto sites or are thinking of moving to crypto, I would recommend as even though it has its faults the lack of constant proof of income, address, ID documents etc. is a major benefit and much less faff. I’d also recommend using Coinbase (using Litecoin (LTC)) and signing up to Coinbase One to negate some of the fees if you will deposit crypto regularly. The caveat to this is that Coinbase no longer allow gambling is some cases and if flagged your account will be limited/closed. In this scenario, the only way they know is by identifying the wallet address. The way around this is to buy the crypto directly from coinbase, also have a Crypto wallet open with Trust, move the crypto to your trust LTC wallet and then from Trust to your LTC gambling account wallet. I don’t pay any fees on either (my monthly deposit are around £500 a month). LTC I have found is by far the best coin to deal with as even if you don’t want to sign up to coin base one the fees are still substantially lower than larger coins such as BTC or ETH.

Coinbase closed my account almost 2 years ago now because they identified payments “linked to gambling companies”. Also had accounts closed at Cryptopay for the same reason – avoid these if new to the game. Revolut, Kraken and Crypto.com are the ones I still use.
16th October 2024 at 5:07 pm #144369That’s unfortunate but not too surprising given how strict some platforms are with gambling-related transactions. It’s good to know that Revolut, Kraken, and Crypto.com are working for you without issues. Thanks for sharing your experience—it’s helpful for those trying to avoid similar problems. Have you found any other platforms that are friendly toward crypto and gambling-related transactions?
