Im Niko im from Germany.

So heres my Problem i just deposited 20 Euro into Rizk played moon Princess got a Bonus on Moon Princess on 2Eur a spin.

I won 160 € right at the end the connection was lost and the money is away it dosent even shows it on my Gaming history its like it has been never there i mean WTF. Contacted Support they said they cant do anything.

How ist that even possible im in such a rage that i want to throw my pC put of the Window ….

Im sorry for any wrong written words but im so angry and sag i mean i win something after a long time and then its away i cant fking believe it

It seems to have been happening a bit too often this now really, perhaps ask them to investigate with PlaynGo – strange it doesn’t show anywhere and the bonus didn’t re-run itself or anything, i know they have all this malfunction voids play shit but it’s happening loads now!

Hey Niko, this happened to me a while back with Rizk on a winning roulette spin; they lost my money for a week but I did eventually get it. Talk to their support, they’re an honest casino and if you had the win you’ll eventually get the money, just takes them ages to verify it with the game provider.

Well guys the money is away but I still had 100 euros. Left and I managed a 3400 Euro cash out
